Position Opportunity
The Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Operations, supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing all aspects of warehouse activities including other facilities. This role ensures operational continuity, supervises staff, and maintains high standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance during assigned shifts.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Must know how to oversee warehouse operations at each site during their designated shift.
Constantly check the schedule for any updates or changes on the: expiration dates, item changes, materials needed, or new products. Ensure your line supervisors and plant supervisor have everything they need to set them up for success.
Complete the daily shift report in preparation for morning meetings.
Fill out any incident reports that may occur on your shift as well as providing. transportation for any injured employee that may need medical attention.
Obtain mechanical knowledge of the equipment used for moving the product through direct interaction. (Forklift)
Conduct disciplinary meetings when necessary, including verbal warnings, written warnings, and terminations.
Communicate with production & processing concerning cream/pops shortages, delayed product from site to site including raw materials.
Oversee warehouse production of each plant with special attention to daily attainment goals.
Assists training specialist and cross-training personnel and new employees.
Must be able to travel from site to site weekly or as needed to support other facilities.
Displays competency in strategizing and critical thinking skills.
Fill out timecard approvals daily in ADP and submit milage sheets for employees travel from site to site.
Work with internal hiring and temporary staffing agencies for all your staffing needs.
Monitor cameras if necessary.
Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications:
Associate'sdegree (or equivalent) inlogisticsor supply chain management.
Three or more years of experience in a warehouse role managing hourly employees.
Knowledge/Skills Experience:
Proficiencywith warehouse procedures and policies
Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities.
Must possess basic math and computer skills, as well as effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Responsible for knowing and adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.

Daily Responsibilities:
Make sure inventory accuracy is good before shipping.

Report all damages from lift trucks, dock doors, product.
Create work orders for all facility and equipment damages.
Manager switchers, box truckdrivers& 3rd party drivers during the shift.

Valid driver's license required. Must be able to travel between facilities on a weekly basis or as needed to support operations, and must maintain reliable transportation for all work-related travel.

Position Opportunity
This role manages all activities associated with their front-line team, to positively impact the overall department. You will lead a team of 15 to 80 hourly quality control, manufacturing, warehouse, or traffic associates with varying levels of experience, along with possibly salaried exempt associates. You will be responsible for optimizing operational efficiency, driving cost reduction initiatives, maintaining food safety and regulatory standards, and developing a high-performance team. We strongly prefer candidates with a solid regulatory and quality background, including experience with PCQI, HACCP, GFSI. Alchemy system knowledge is a plus.

- Lead operations across production, packaging, warehousing, and shipping.
- Perform item releases, record reviews, and revise SOPs and production documents.
- Conduct sanitation and safety monitoring throughout the facility.

Position Summary
The Associate Health & Safety Manager plays a key leadership role in developing, implementing, and maintaining a proactive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) culture across Alamance Foods' warehouse and transportation operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Health & Safety Program Development
· Develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and local regulations.
· Conduct risk assessments, job safety analyses, and routine facility inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are completed.
· Lead safety committees, incident investigations, and root-cause analyses to prevent recurrence.
· Coordinate and conduct employee safety training (PPE, hazard communication, lockout/tagout, ergonomics, etc.).
· Support health and wellness initiatives, including occupational health and employee engagement in safety awareness campaigns.
· Partner with leadership to promote a proactive, accountable safety culture across all shifts.
DOT & Fleet Safety Compliance
· Maintain and monitor DOT compliance for company drivers and vehicles.
· Ensure driver qualification files, medical cards, vehicle inspections, and Hours of Service (HOS) logs meet FMCSA requirements.
· Conduct periodic internal audits to verify compliance and readiness for DOT or insurance reviews.

As a Driver for Alamance Foods, you will be responsible for completion of daily route as assigned in a timely manner, with safety and production in focus. Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Obey all federal, state, and local rules and regulations of the road including all DOT operating and recording procedures.
Conduct daily face to face interaction with customers, representing Alamance Foods in a friendly, competent, and professional manner.
Performing pre and post trip vehicle inspections as well as collecting invoice receipts that are generated from the deliveries.
Drivers will also transport materials and products to other job site locations as required while ensuring all documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), is accurate and complete.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all transportation documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), delivery receipts, and shipping manifests.
Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications: High School Diploma/ GED
Related Experience : Minimum of 2 years of A Commercial driving experience

Class “A” CDL License in good standing

The gasser operator is a role designed to check the weights of the gas and the cream to ensure a correct product is being produced. This position and the filler operator position are interchangeable and overlap in many areas. The filler and gasser positions assist with the crimper operator position, when necessary, as all machines are housed in the same location.

Position Opportunity
The processing technician position was designed to ensure products are supplied to the production line. This position is responsible for the creation of batches, checking paperwork, and adhering to quality standards.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education/Training/Certifications: High School Diploma / GED
Related Experience:
Know how to read formula cards, print formulas, and create formulas.
Follow GMP's (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Sign in and do inspections of cream tank trucks, liquid corn, and high fructose trucks as they arrive.
Understand how to mix batches properly.
Verify all the raw materials needed for formulas and check the lot numbers.
Reconfigure piping structures as needed for pump overs.
Know how to perform CIP including verification of cleaning chemicals.
Know how to open valves and release a batch to the line.
Check the details on the temperature chart: look for start time, pump over time, and stop time.
Know the difference between the hot water uses whether for a batch or hot water through the pipes.
Will be exposed to non-climate control areas (hot and cold areas)
Knowledge/Skills Experience:
Responsible for knowing and adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
Frequently required standing, reaching, bending, kneeling, and moving around the facility.
Work in high noise areas and use mandatory hearing protection.
Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and push a pallet full of materials.
