Responsibilities:
Assist customers (in person or over the phone) during the sales process; up sell complementary products
Correctly enter the customer order in the computer system
Maintain an awareness of all product knowledge information (including product catalogs, price sheets, etc.), merchandise promotions, test merchandise and advertisements; market all products sold and suggest replacement/alternative products when appropriate
Maintain a working knowledge of the entire sales process from start to finish (including the order, billing, delivery and payment processes)
Assist in maintaining the counter, merchandising and product display area assuring a safe, clean and orderly environment; assemble and stock product displays and shelves and prepare customer refreshments
Assist in warehouse duties such as stocking, labeling shelves, restocking show room, inventory of goods, cycle counting, etc. in a manner which assures an orderly and safe work environment
Assist with the shipping and receiving processes as needed including training on the UPS shipment process
Occasionally operate a forklift to assist in warehouse duties
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in the electrical industry and/or familiarity with electrical equipment and power tools is preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse and delivery operations
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong customer service skills
Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
Ability to work a Monday - Friday 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. schedule

What You'll Do

**Key Responsibilities**

**Preferred Qualifications**

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main administrative contact between Project Managers, vendors, and customers throughout the project.
Set up projects in Solar Eclipse and Job Management systems, create hold-for-release purchase orders, maintain bills of materials, and generate sales orders.

Required Qualifications of the Repair Technician:
High school diploma or equivalent, as determined by the company.
1-2 years hands-on experience repairing power tools, and/or combination of power tool repair training from a vocational school or manufacturer training. Previous welding or plumbing experience is a plus
Should have mechanical skills and understanding of schematics and diagrams
Excellent interpersonal, customer relations, and listening skills are required.
Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, including an ability to plan and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
