As our Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver, here are some of the duties the position will be doing:
Pulling/picking tickets
Restocking shelves correctly; maintaining bin locations and labels; returning stock to proper locations
Assist sales staff in locating parts
Prepare orders for shipment by boxing and labeling items accurately
Operating wire machine according to procedure
Operating forklift to move pallets and other heavy materials
Keeping shipping area, warehouse aisles and walkway, pipe yard and parking lot clean and free of any safety hazards
Assist the sales counter associates on the sales counter when needed
Perform back-up delivery driver duties, to include: ensuring appropriate merchandise to be delivered is packaged properly for shipment; assisting in unloading proper items off the truck at each stop on route; and verifying that merchandise being unloaded is correct and accounted for via shipping documents.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
Work on credit accounts, following guidelines established for the organization
Receipt of customer payments, reconciling outstanding account balances, and preparation of periodic reports on accounts receivable and past due status
Help customers with questions/problems on their account
Perform routine clerical support for functional groups such as copying, distributing mail, performing simple calculations, and maintaining records and files following standard procedures with all work certified or checked by direct supervisor
Approve order ticket releases for credit accounts on restriction
Send out lien notices/certified letters
Provide sign-off on commercial and residential lien waivers
Update and summarize receivables
Notify/resolve uncollected COD's and processes/resolves NSF checks
Research/resolve credit card charge backs
Approve tax exempt forms and issue tax credits
Process payments for open customer accounts
Collection activities including sending follow-up inquiries, negotiating with past due accounts on repayment terms, and decisions on referring accounts to collection agencies and/or writing off accounts receivables
Qualifications:
Credit experience of 3 years or more preferred
Ability to prioritize workload appropriately in order to balance multiple demands and meet timelines as required
Effectively communicate in writing and verbally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.)
Strong and accurate data entry skills
Ability to perform basic math functions

What You'll Do
As a Lighting Project Manager II, you'll be the go-to expert and critical connection point for our lighting customers. You'll manage projects from concept to completion, solve problems, quote projects, and collaborate with customers, manufacturers, agencies, and our outside sales team to ensure we deliver exceptional value every time.
Key Responsibilities
Quote Commercial, Industrial, and Residential lighting projects accurately and on time
Interpret fixture schedules, blueprints, and one-lines to understand project needs
Partner with manufacturers and lighting agencies to gather data and manage project flow
Serve contractors and customers by providing product guidance and project support
Manage inbound/outbound sales communication and maintain strong customer relationships
Assist customers in selecting the best lighting products and applications
Handle freight claims, track deliveries, and provide accurate stock info
Analyze transaction reports and provide data for internal systems
Work closely with Outside Sales to keep accounts supported and informed
Oversee sales activities: purchasing, problem resolution, delivery follow-through & more
