Stores and stocks food supplies in designated areas. Washes and stores dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Maintains department cleanliness by accomplishing daily cleaning assignments. Prepares food such as salads, beverages, sandwiches, and pureed food. Assembles patient trays. Pushes loaded food carts to each patient area. Delivers patient trays to the patients. Has strong customer service skills. Able to work independently and with little or no daily supervision. Ability to use kitchen equipment (sharps, meat slicer). Demonstrates System Values in performance and behavior. Complies with System policies and procedures. Other duties as may be assigned.
