That it’s a job. I work I get paid.
The company lacks the opportunity to advance. They hire from job placement centers. Workers come and go like clock work. Now I’ve worked there for over 5 years and have tried many time to try and move up but due to the lack of good leadership I still remain as a entry level labor.
Honestly the health Insurance which you will need because they work you to death.
