Represent facility, patient services, and the Hospital to ensure retention of existing referral sources, grow new referrals and volumes by enhancing client, PCP, Patient and Provider Satisfaction, as well as Quality Case Management, Emergency Department, and other facility relations.

Availability by phone or pager for emergencies, patient complaints, high-risk patients or situations and all practice support functions.
Work with hospital administration to attain the group's key clinical and practice indicators relating to quality, core measures, readmission rates, length of stay, case mix index (CMI), billing/diagnostic coding trends, and daily volume statistics.
Participate in organizational planning and evaluation of the program in conjunction with Medical Director and Field Operations team with collaborative communication, constructive feedback, problem solving, data analysis, operational reviews.
Meet regularly and assist Medical Director and Field Operations team in development of clinical protocols, order sets, workflows, best practices, engagement, etc.

+ Responsible for overseeing GPMS Tasking's from AMIC, the Prepositioned WRM Office (PWMO), the Command War Reserve Materiel Officer (CWRMO) and Contract Officer Representative.
+ Solicits, manages, tracks and reports customer satisfaction surveys related to GPMS taskings.
+ Communicates with the Amentum Contracts Liaison Officer at PACAF as well as AMIC and Prepositioned WRM Offices as necessary to resolve GPMS tasking issues/concerns.
+ Conducts and coordinates Contract Deliverables, ensuring all sites are complaint and reports are turned in on time
+ Identifies and implements innovative business solutions that enhance the program's ability to communicate effectively.
+ Responsible for ensuring all correspondence from Program Management is clear, concise and articulate.
+ Responsible for development and management of key performance metrics as assigned.
+ Coordinate inputs from GPMS Sites, Functional Managers and other concerned parties for ROM as requested by the USG.
+ Act as Point of Contact (POC) with site teams throughout the planning, preparation and implementation of cargo movements.
+ Coordinate with TMO staff on transportation issues.
+ Maintain database for determination of trends, metrics, and future planning.
+ Act as POC with the USG for resolution of problems and questions.
+ Analyzes WRM reports, validates and monitors WRM deficiencies and reports to site lead.
+ Assists in maintaining oversight on program processes to ensure completion of tasking and projects according to contract, corporate and program deadlines.
+ Performs other duties as assigned.
**Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:**
+ Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel, and Word programs.
+ Knowledge in project management.
+ Minimum of two years' field-based work experience with the War Reserve Materiel Program preferred.
+ 2 years of experience at PACAF, Indo-Pacific, MAJCOM or similar military service higher headquarters.
+ 5 years of experience in logistics or maintenance management preferred.
+ Skill in problem solving, mediating between contending parties or groups and performing under stressful situations.
+ Skill in negotiating; exchanging ideas, information, and opinions with others to formulate policies and programs and/or arrive jointly at decisions, conclusions, or solutions.
+ Deliberate and Crisis action planning experience desired.

UTILITY MAINTENANCE JOURNEYMAN OPERATOR

Under general supervision, performs daily work assignments for the Utility Maintenance Division of the Utilities Department in accordance with the Employee Manual, Department Policies and Procedures, City of Alamogordo Ordinances, and any applicable State or Federal authority.
RECRUITMENT QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
* High School Diploma or GED;
* Valid Distribution Systems 3 (DS3) and Collection Systems 2 (CS2) certifications* issued by the New Mexico Water Quality Control Commission; and
* Valid New Mexico Driver's License with a driving record acceptable to the City of Alamogordo (valid out-of-state license may be considered acceptable until NM CDL is obtained).
Required within sixty (60) days:
* Successful completion of NM811 training (Excavation Law Class).
Required within six (6) months:
* Valid New Mexico Class A Commercial Driver's License with Tank (N) endorsement and a driving record acceptable to the City of Alamogordo. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties
* Responsible for proper traffic control compliance using the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (M.U.T.C.D.) standards to ensure employee safety with equal considerations for public safety and convenience;
* Performs duties safely by following industry safety standards for shoring, trenching, confined spaces, lockout-tag out, and PPE, including hearing and eye protection;
* Safely repairs water and sewer leaks, including digging holes and trenches, using a backhoe and other equipment, and placing necessary shoring;
* Safely repairs water and sewer taps and sets meters for new customers;

* Performs complex work involving the construction, renovation, modification, and installation of water distribution and collection systems in accordance with the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act (PL93-523), New Mexico Environment Department Water Quality Bureau, and the City of Alamogordo Technical Standards;
* Obtains required bacterial tests (Bac-T) on newly installed lines to assure compliance with regulatory standards;
* Performs complex work in the construction, renovation, modification, and installation of the City's concrete structures, sidewalks, curb and gutter, aprons, collars, manholes, etc.;
* Performs complex construction and maintenance by building, setting, and aligning concrete forms;
* Applies fine concrete finishing methods, including floating, troweling, edging, and brushing, in accordance with specifications;
* Raises and lowers manhole covers and meter boxes up to grade and shoots grades on sewer lines to determine proper fall;
* Reads and maintains various flow meters, water interconnects, meters/gauges, and other electrical meters;
* Performs general equipment maintenance by routinely checking oil, water, fuel, tires, and hydraulic system on vehicles and equipment and makes appropriate adjustments to ensure vehicles and equipment are in proper and safe operating condition;
* Performs routine operator maintenance checks on equipment prior to operation;
* Correctly and safely loads and unloads, ties down, and transports various types of equipment and supplies to and from worksites;
* Ensures that work areas and service trucks are organized and clean; ensures that equipment is cleaned after use;
* Drives City vehicles in the performance of duties;
* Contributes to a high-quality work culture through participation in training and mentoring to develop skills, including safety-related training and skills;

Operational Oversight

Financial Management

Team Leadership

Resident Relations
Promote exceptional customer service and ensure timely response to resident concerns and service requests.
Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and review notices to vacate to improve retention efforts.
Maintain high resident satisfaction and implement initiatives to foster a sense of community.
Maintenance Coordination
Partner with the maintenance team to ensure units are market-ready and service requests are completed promptly.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
Monitor make-ready schedules and oversee preventative maintenance.
Compliance & Reporting
Maintain complete and accurate records for leases, inspections, renewals, and permits.
Submit weekly and monthly reports to corporate office and participate in corporate management meetings.
Ensure property remains in compliance with licensing and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property management required.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge with your state's lease documents, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
Proficient in property management systems (OneSite/Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and manage a fast-paced environment effectively.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, on-site position at the assigned apartment community. Weekend availability is occasionally required for staffing and emergencies.Physical Requirements
Must be able to walk the property daily, inspect units, climb stairs, bend, lift, and perform general physical tasks associated with property inspections.
Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to reliable transportation.
