You'll help drive regional success by building processes, coordinating activities, and serving as a clear point of contact for international product operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Product Operations Manager II - International, you'll focus on enabling the successful deployment of Alarm.com video products in international markets. Your duties will include:
* Market Feedback Management: Act as the primary coordinator for international market feedback on video hardware, working closely with Technical Account Managers (TAMs), regional sales teams, and product managers.
* Certification Tracking: Collaborate with the certifications team to monitor the progress and execution of regulatory certifications for hardware products by region.
* Country Launch Planning:
* Identify and prioritize countries for product launches based on certification status and strategic opportunity.
* Coordinate launch activities across product, marketing, engineering, operations, and international teams.
* Manage beta and early access deployments in international markets.
* SKU & Customization Support: Work with the product and hardware teams to track international-specific SKUs, labels, packaging, and firmware configurations.
* Feature Request Coordination:
* Gather and organize international-specific feature requests for software or firmware.
* Help assess the business value of changes and support prioritization decisions.
* Issue Diagnosis: Help debug and triage international-specific issues, including hardware behavior, installation constraints, and customer-reported problems.
* Cross-Team Alignment: Strengthen the relationship between the product team and international go-to-market teams, serving as a key operational link to ensure clarity and alignment.
REQUIREMENTS
* B.S. or B.A. in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; business degrees accepted only if paired with strong technical experience or a technical focus
* 2-5 years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or product coordination roles
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging across functions and regions
* Comfortable working across time zones and with globally distributed teams
* Self-starter who enjoys building repeatable systems and solving unstructured problems
* Experience with hardware product lifecycles, SKUs, or certifications is a plus
* Familiarity with international product deployment or market adaptation is helpful but not required
* Experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus

Account Executive - Multifamily - Channel Sales
About the Role
We are seeking an Account Executive (AE) to drive new business within defined territories in the Multifamily and Build-to-Rent markets.
This is a channel-first sales role. Our go-to-market motion runs through our network of Service Providers (Dealers), who act as both partners and customers. The AE will own the initial stages the sales cycle but must do so in a way that consistently builds trust, alignment, and joint success with PointCentral Service Providers. Whether prospecting into an ownership group, participating in a conference, or leading a product demo, the AE must operate as a partner-builder who positions Service Providers as co-owners in the process.
Key Responsibilities
Own the majority of the sales cycle: Prospecting - Discovery - Solution Overview and Partner Introduction, and in partnership with Service Providers, Closing stage.
Execute sales activities (prospecting, discovery calls, demos, and conference participation) with the understanding that success comes through the channel.
Drive new business growth within a defined territory or vertical, focusing on going deep vs. wide.
Collaborate with SDRs for warm leads and expand into target ownership/operator accounts, ensuring Service Providers are engaged at appropriate stage in deal.
Work closely with Solutions Engineers for technical discovery, demos, and RFP responses, while reinforcing Service Providers as the installation, service, and support arm.
Build long-term trust with Service Providers/Dealers, positioning them as key partners in the customer journey.
Travel into assigned, high-density metros to build pipeline with key prospects and support joint customer + partner engagement.
Maintain disciplined pipeline management in Salesforce, reporting accurately on unit pipeline and deal progression.

What We're Looking For:
This AE should have experience in at least 2 of the following areas:
Industry Knowledge - Multifamily, Build-to-Rent, or Student Housing familiarity.
SaaS/IoT/PropTech Product Experience - Experience selling software, IoT, or connected solutions.
Proven Sales Execution - Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying role (prospecting, discovery, deal shaping, and closing), preferably in a technical sales role or with enterprise software.
Channel experience a plus
Additional must-haves:
4-6+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IoT, or PropTech.
Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota.

The Semiconductor Field Service Technician III (Technician, Engineering III) performs technical support of high vacuum PVD equipment and related robotics. The individual must understand and have experience with vacuum technology, general practices, and procedures in the semiconductor industry and successfully perform field service duties in customer's clean room. Position provides on-site and on-call technical support, which may require off shift work.
This position will require travel to Japan for the first 3-6 months for training.
This position requires full-time presence at your assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory.
Your Impact
Responsible to monitor, inspect, setup, calibrate, and maintain semiconductor process equipment in the field to prevent equipment down time
Troubleshoot hardware and software related issues and implement solutions
Collect data for software related issues and discuss with headquarters in Japan
Accurately document all maintenance activity and provide field service reports
Install equipment control software and maintain record of software revision history
Participate in the installation of equipment at customers' sites
Monitor stock level of service parts and equipment to ensure adequate inventory is available for repair work

This position is an hourly position that leads field service/installation work onsite with reporting to the GBS Field Service Manager. The GBS Group is a commercial and government engineering services firm with a variety of contract types. Our Headquarters is located within 10 miles of the Virginia Beach resort area and downtown Norfolk's Waterside District and includes a world class lab with configurations of some client hardware and software systems.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
* Managing assigned field service/installation work onsite at various locations around the U.S. and overseas. Assignment includes work preparation, material identification and logistics, personnel assignments, field service/installation work, scope changes, testing, and post-work close-out.
* Lead and mentor a varying onsite technician crew from a pool of 10-15 personnel which may include multiple teams working in varied locations simultaneously to include safety, work quality, training and qualifications, material, and logistics.
* Coordinate onsite efforts with customer reps/Ships Force personnel/shipyard reps to ensure timely reporting and efficient workflow to complete assigned work on time and within budget.
* Coordinate with the GBS Field Service Manager to deliver daily reports of work accomplished, materials and technical and/or administrative support needed, issues to successful completion, customer support required, etc.
* Coordinate with the GBS Field Service Manager on personnel assignments to ensure a mix of technical experience necessary to accomplish the assigned work within budget. Develop a list of materials, tooling and consumables required to complete the assigned work and assist in coordinating logistics to the job site and return of unused material.
* Periodically develop cost estimates for labor hours/material to accomplish future work that GBS is bidding on.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess the following professional experience and
qualifications:
* Must have 10+ years in the commercial maritime engineering/production industry with experience in supervising commercial electrical work teams in shipboard environments.
* Must have 5+ years in developing cost estimates for marine shipboard work.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Experience working in collaborative environments and managing multiple teams.
* Travel requirements: 75-80% depending on where work assignments are located.
Desired Characteristics:
* Experience with managing commercial maritime ship repair and upgrade work in a Firm Fixed Price contracts environment is a plus.

YOU WILL LIKELY BE A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE IF:

* You have experience with subscription-based business models.
* You have 2-4 years of relevant professional experience which includes strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, FP&A, or a similar data-centric role.

* You're a self-starter and a proven team player in an achievement-oriented environment.
* You value being both a mentor and mentee and strive to be a reliable partner in the business.
* You have the proven ability to develop creative/non-traditional solutions with strategic thinking.

* You have an undergraduate degree - preferably with advanced course work in Accounting, Finance, Strategy, Mathematics, and/or Economics.
* You have working knowledge of accounting and financial concepts.
* You have advanced Microsoft Excel skills (V or X lookup, index/match functions, pivot tables, sumifs, etc.).
* You are willing to put personal ambition aside to achieve optimal outcomes through collective endeavors - allowing the best ideas to win while contributing to the pursuit of value creation, regardless of personal attribution and commendation.
