As an In-Home Installation Technician, you'll be responsible for the delivery, installation, integration, and troubleshooting tech products such as home theater, computing, smart home and networking. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Perform installation, inspection and testing of all types of fire alarm and engineered and pre-engineered suppression systems at the required frequencies in accordance with the requirements and instructions contained in the applicable NFPA codes and standards
Perform programming, testing, final inspections, as-built drawings and customer training for installations. Troubleshoot and perform service and repair of fire alarm and engineered and pre-engineered suppression systems
Record and document all inspections, repairs, discrepancies, and recommendations either electronically or manually
Maintain a good positive relationship with the customer and pass on information to the appropriate personnel for follow up, quotes, questions, or concerns

Fire Alarm Installers, Technicians and Foreman
to join our team. In this role you will need to be familiar with the equipment, installation, and commissioning of low voltage systems and have at least journeyman level installation and troubleshooting experience.

Installation of fire life safety and other low voltage systems in medium and large commercial buildings.

Communicate and effectively interact with other contractors and building owners.
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals.
Identify out of scope requests by the contractor or customer and notify management of pending changes.
Identify and assist with suggested solutions for an efficient installation to complete scope.
Foreman and Technicians, assist customers on site with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Effectively communicate project status to management.
Complete all appropriate company paperwork as required.
Industry related BICSI, NICET and/or State Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in installation of fiber and transmission lines, as well as power trunk lines.
Operate construction equipment, inspect guy wire anchors, load/unload communications equipment and supplies. Install/remove communications equipment using safety equipment and hand tools.
Fabricate tower hardware and accessories to maintain, repair, and retrofit towers and antenna systems to support communication system operation using fixed and portable power tools and equipment.
Maintain all tools, vehicles and equipment normally assigned to this function. This includes loading, transporting, and unloading of tools and materials in a safe manner.

We are seeking Data Center Technicians to install cable and fiber at data centers located in New Albany, OH. This role involves hands-on work with structured cabling, fiber optics, and copper-based networks in both indoor and outdoor environments. #cblx
Key Responsibilities:
+ Install and decommission network and cabling infrastructure in a data center environment.
+ Perform cable routing, pulling, and pre-termination procedures (organize, dress, label cables, determine length and slack).
+ Suspend and support cable using trays, J-hooks, D-rings, bridal rings, and trapeze.
+ Build and maintain closets (mount backboards, racks, patch panels, fiber hardware).
+ Install grounding for racks, equipment, and cables as required.
+ Execute fire-stopping procedures, install sleeves, and pull cable through penetrations.
+ Terminate low-voltage devices and perform copper/fiber testing and troubleshooting.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and building documentation.
+ Maintain data center cleanliness and adhere to safety and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
+ Prior experience in low-voltage cabling or data center work.

+ Ability to pull all types of low-voltage cable and perform terminations and labeling.
+ Familiarity with MDF/IDF layouts, rack installation, and cable dressing.
+ Basic understanding of copper and fiber cable testing and troubleshooting.
+ Ability to read blueprints and design documents.
+ Comfortable working outdoors (OSP work required).
+ Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work on raised platforms.
Preferred Skills:
+ Fusion splicing (Ribbon/Single OSP/ISP).
+ DAS installation experience.
+ Operation of DSX 5000 tester and OTDR tester.
+ Ability to create and apply mass labels per port map.

Refrigeration System Operation & Monitoring - Operate and inspect ammonia and nitrogen refrigeration systems, screw compressors, condensers, chillers, and freezers to maintain proper temperature control and system performance.
Mechanical Troubleshooting & Repair - Diagnose and repair compressors, valves, pumps, evaporators, piping, and freezer components to restore reliable cooling and freezing capability.
Electrical Diagnostics & Repair - Apply electrical principles across 110-480V 3-phase systems, microprocessors, relays, sensors, and wiring to identify and resolve electrical issues affecting refrigeration and freezer equipment.
Preventive Maintenance & Reliability Tasks - Inspect equipment using gauges, sight, sound, and system data; maintain logs; and execute PM tasks to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
Freezer & System Support - Maintain and troubleshoot blast freezers, storage freezers, nitrogen flash freezers, and Reco/Frigoscandia units used throughout frozen-food production.
Technical Documentation & Reference Use - Read manuals, blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions to understand system operation and perform proper repair procedures.
Parts, Inventory & Work Documentation - Order components, document repairs, track system issues, and record operating conditions per GMP and plant maintenance standards.
Safety, Ammonia Protocols & GMP Compliance - Follow all ammonia safety practices, PPE requirements, LOTO procedures, hygiene standards, housekeeping rules, and food-safety guidelines.
Cross-Functional Maintenance Support - Support other maintenance personnel with electrical, pipe fitting, hydraulics, and pneumatics tasks when needed.
Training & Team Collaboration - Assist in training fellow technicians and operators on refrigeration basics, equipment care, and safe work practices.
Qualifications
Refrigeration Experience - 1-3 years maintaining industrial ammonia refrigeration systems including compressors, condensers, freezers, chilled-water loops, and nitrogen systems.
Mechanical Skills - Strong ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain compressors, pumps, valves, piping, and freezer system components.
Electrical Knowledge - Understanding of 110-480V 3-phase power, relays, control circuits, sensors, wiring, and microprocessor-based equipment.
Refrigeration Theory & System Knowledge - Familiarity with ammonia system operation, nitrogen flash freezing, pressure/temperature relationships, and freezer performance troubleshooting.
