Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals. Identify out of scope requests by the contractor or customer and notify management of pending changes. Identify and assist with suggested solutions for an efficient installation to complete scope. Foreman and Technicians, assist customers on site with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Effectively communicate project status to management. Complete all appropriate company paperwork as required. Industry related BICSI, NICET and/or State Certification is preferred. Fire Alarm License (FAL) Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Applicants must meet requirements in relation to background and driving record. Must be proficient in the use and application of industry related equipment including MS Office. Must have excellent communications skills, using tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers. The Tower Technician is responsible for the onsite installation, repair and maintenance of tower in a specific geographic region, including but not limited to site safety, tower maintenance/repair, site field reports, and other duties as required to properly maintain and operate the site within the contractual requirements. They work as part of a team and under the supervision of a foreman and will be required to work in the field under various conditions.
