Good-to-Have/Desirable • Demonstrated experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with demonstrable experience delivering large scale Salesforce projects. • Demonstrated experience supporting and configuring Salesforce. • Communicate with diverse stakeholders to optimise velocity. Whats the Role • Deliver Application product backlog items across the end-to-end Platform as part of an agile team in a DevOps environment spanning architectural layers, including middleware and database. Delivery work may include supporting designing, coding, testing, installing, and documenting as well as supporting application programs. • Deliver Application product backlog items with high quality and fast speed-to-market using continuous integration and deployment pipeline • Identify and raise opportunities for continuous improvement in the Application health and performance, from both a delivery and operations perspective. This may include automated testing, automated scripts for deployment and developing code which is easily tested • Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders to successfully design, develop and support software application to deliver business outcomes in an agile, DevOps environment as part of a team • Continuously improve the way you and others in the team deliver software platforms (e.g. automation) Key Responsibilities: • Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform. • Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation • Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (requirements specifications, design deliverables, status reports, project plans) • Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes as needed to the Salesforce.com platform • Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts. • Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and 'how-to' assistance. • Performs regular reviews on implementation done by less experienced developers and offer feedback and suggestions for those codes • Mentors the junior and mid-level developers of the team, and can designate tasks to team members in a balanced and effective manner • Sets up a development environment on their own, and has the ability to mentor a team of junior developers • Be able to communicate development progress to senior management • Independently communicate with both client technical teams and business owners as needed during the design and implementation 7.00-9.00 Years
