Check dimensional accuracy of parts with tape measure to tolerance of 1/16”. May occasionally use micrometer to measure thickness of material or inside/outside diameter of tubing. 4. May use waist height cart to load items for order, depending up on size, weight or length of material. 5. Take item to packing area (31” high table) and determine proper packaging requirements. Count items to verify inventory to be shipped. Packaging may include the following: strap and wrap measure and cut cardboard tubing to fit dimensions of material, or assemble other shipping containers; verify items of invoice when packaging; mark material and shipping containers and place documents on outside of container. 6. Keep area clean and organized. 7. Load and unload trucks, and be backup driver (CDL - Class C) 26 foot flatbed truck as needed. Desirable Job Skills/Experience: 1. Experience operating a side loader. 2. Shipping/receiving experience. 3. Experience operating a metal cutting saw and shears. 4. Able to measure accurately with a micrometer. 5. Maintain a safe environment and foster a culture of safety. Ensure a food safety environment and promote a quality culture. Create and sustain a professional working environment. Lead the juice extraction process from raw material intake to final product storage. Lead technicians and operators across decanting, pasteurization, filtration, evaporation, and packaging areas. Ensure product quality and consistency through proper equipment operation and processing parameters. logistics, including truck deliveries, raw material intake, and finished product Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain processing equipment. Maintain compliance with food safety and regulatory standards. Collaborate with production teams to improve yield efficiency and process reliability. The Reliability Technician III is responsible for keeping the production equipment operating at its fullest and safe operating capacity, performing, and repairing any problems as they are discovered before they have a chance to worsen, but not limited to overseeing, maintaining, performing tooling changes and setup.
