One thing I like about Albany Medical Center is that it's very flexible with a balance of work and life. The ability to have a set schedule every week and know when your off days are makes it very convenient.
Flexibility
Its close to home. It offers a lot of different units and specialties as a nurse to choose from.
People are not always friendly. Orientation as an RN is not what it should be.
Its considered a teaching hospital.
