1. The ratio of women to men are 10 to 1. If you are not part of the click, things will not go easy for you. 2. Looks like most people there never had a great job before, they are all stuck up, because they are traveling, have expense credit cards and get to work at home and of course great pay. Albemarle as a company is great, but there new employees in Charlotte are mostly all stuck up. If you are a woman and white, you will feel like home in this new Company. Show More
