Pros of working at Albemarle

The Pay and Benefits is what I like most about working at Albemarle.

Cons of working at Albemarle

1. The ratio of women to men are 10 to 1. If you are not part of the click, things will not go easy for you. 2. Looks like most people there never had a great job before, they are all stuck up, because they are traveling, have expense credit cards and get to work at home and of course great pay. Albemarle as a company is great, but there new employees in Charlotte are mostly all stuck up. If you are a woman and white, you will feel like home in this new Company.

Pros of working at Albemarle

The people are great

Cons of working at Albemarle

Lack diversity, not many people of color and virtually no female leaders below the VP level, really hard to move up if you are female and middle aged, very hard to move up if you are not a Middle Aged White Male.
