Perform emergency repairs as needed Perform preventative maintenance task as scheduled Participate in continuous improvement process Maintain organization and cleanliness of maintenance and product support areas We are looking for candidates who possess the following: Computer skills (basic computer knowledge) Working knowledge of PLC controls (helpful, but not required) Knowledge of electrical systems including 110-480V systems, AC & DC control systems, installing, troubleshooting and repair Working knowledge of hydraulic, plumbing, and pneumatic systems Knowledge of refrigeration systems, with ammonia (preferred by not required) Welding-TIG, MIG, Stick, etc. Stainless / Sanitary equipment experience (helpful but not required) Ability to read and understand blueprints Forklift and pallet-jack certification (helpful, but not required) Knowledge of plant mechanical processes sufficient to analyze performance trends and recommend and initiate corrective actions to improve process performance.
