What you will be doing
The Sr. Manager of Office Services & Facilities is the owner with full responsibility for the corporate regional portfolio and additional properties as outlined within their region. The Sr. Manager is responsible for oversight and ownership of building/asset integrity, vendor management, cost containment, overseeing preventative maintenance schedules/ensuring adherence, compliance for all fire, life, safety systems and programs, technology stack management (space planning, work order and maintenance, accounting systems) for their portfolio as well as work order pipeline management, and acts as a key stakeholder in department efficiency initiatives for their region. They are the owner of all region specific capital projects from data collection, RFP, budget submission and project execution for a capital portfolio of +\- $3M per region. The Sr. Manager reports to the department Director and partners closely on ensuring alignment across campuses in addition to providing visibility of escalations, direct report development and overall business management. The Sr. Manager interfaces with customers and business partners and is a champion in building and maintaining positive relationships.
Lastly, but most importantly, they are the leader of their corporate facilities and administrative team providing high levels of support, coaching and development to their folks with upwards mobility of their team being a key priority.
The position will be based out of the corporate campus located in Phoenix, AZ.
Main responsibilities:
Ownership of Asset/Building oversight and campus facilities maintenance and operation.
Lead a team of 4-7 Facilities & Office Services Direct Reports - Own all coaching, development, support and work streams.
Key Stakeholder in Department Efficiency Initiatives for their Region.
Put Your People First. Lead with integrity, lead by example, and show up for your team every single day.
Ownership of technology stack management pertaining to the region's portfolio. (Zynq, Corrigo, QuickBase, Click Up)
Ownership and oversight of all Vendor Relationship Management and Vendor Performance.
Ownership and oversight of cost containment and budget adherence.
Ownership of Operating and Capital annual budget documentation/data collection throughout the fiscal year, budget building and mid-year submission for next fiscal year. Plan & forecast.
Cultivate an environment of customer excellence and service first.
Operating Expense Approvals as submitted by Manager of Office Services & Facilities.
Create plans to support growth and business needs for local campus.

Plan and organize the vehicle maintenance department so it can provide support to the transportation department operations in its day to day business of shipping and receiving product. Work to control costs and promote efficiency of operation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain parts, supplies and fuel inventories and performs clerical duties which require knowledge of department operation. Work may be varied in nature and performed under moderate supervision. Seek improvements in the vehicle maintenance practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs.
Ensure that all vehicle maintenance records are current and up to date. Process parts request including price comparisons and prepare releases. Forward purchase releases to Superintendent for review.
Interface and correspond with vendors as needed to order parts, fuel and supplies and resolve issues that may arise.
Perform routine clerical duties to include department filing, answering phones, etc. Maintain expenditure and support records for the department.
Work with the accounting department personnel to ensure that work orders are billed to proper accounts. Investigate account discrepancies as needed.
Enter part numbers and description changes in manuals and computer.
Conduct periodic physical inventory to assure proper availability of required stock; replenishes stock as shipments arrive.
Process vendors inquires and updates.
Schedule meetings with vendors.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Excellent computer skills with working knowledge in Windows applications (outlook, word, excel, power point).

Working knowledge in GasBoy and Maximo production are desirable.
PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT:

Can lift 25 lbs. A lot of walking, sitting for extended hours doing data entry and talking to vendors on a daily basis.
Possess good communications skills, both oral and written.
Requires the analytical ability to handle administrative duties and mental alertness to ensure accurate, safe, and thorough completion of work activities. Possess ability to concentrate and deal with frequent interruptions.
Work performed under typical warehouse conditions. Potential hazards exist with regard to machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, mechanized systems, movement of tractors and trailers, etc. Work environment is hectic and fast paced.

What you will be doing
You will be purchasing retail store production and display equipment to support 2,200 store locations. Resolving Open PO commitments. High volume, interesting and exciting position - no two days will be alike. We promote a fun, shared work culture.
This is a hybrid position currently in office Tuesdays and Wednesdays based in our PhoenixAZ office. (Office Days are subject to change based on Corporate Determination)
Main responsibilities:
Support assigned Division/Banner
Research equipment requests for correct model/ requirements.
Issue Purchase Orders.
Confirm product ETA
Confirm receipt of equipment.
Work with the account payables team on invoice discrepancies.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
1-2 years of relevant business experience preferred.
Some college coursework completed; a degree is a plus.
Microsoft Office Proficiency skills in Outlook and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and master new software applications.
Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
Friendly, coachable, reliable, and punctual.

PURPOSE: To maintain desired level of fresh meat production. Maintains cleanliness of department and equipment. Ensures customer service and product quality, freshness, safety and selection. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Adheres to Company and Division customer service programs to meet or exceed Division customer service goals. Handles customer relations in a positive manner, including effective resolution of customer complaints and reporting to the Meat Manager or Store Director as appropriate. Promotes Albertson's philosophy of personalized service.
* Receives and breaks down loads. Checks for quality and quantity. Maintains product quality by ensuring compliance with Company policies and federal and state regulations on storage and temperatures.
* Cuts, grinds, weighs and wraps fresh meat products according to proper procedure to ensure product quality. Controls shrink and expenses. Prevents the sale of out of date or spoiled product.
* Accurately completes and monitors daily log sheet and other required paperwork and logs.
* Maintains and organizes meat department cooler and freezer. Ensures cleanliness and sanitation of sales floor, work area, cooler, freezer, equipment and retail cases.
* Ensures that product quality, trimming, grinding, packaging, labeling, rotation and wrapping standards are met.
* Ensures proper merchandising of product by understanding and implementing schematics, merchandising of advertised items, proper signing procedures and monitoring product flow. Complies with retail labeling laws, federal and state regulations and Company policies.
* Follows Company policies in pricing and handling re-worked and reduced-to-clear items.
* Complies with all federal, state and local health, and food handling and safety standards.
* Assists customers by taking and filling special orders. Makes product suggestions and engages in suggestive selling.
* Answers and responds to incoming calls appropriately.
* Responsible for performing all job duties and responsibilities safely, accurately and with honesty and integrity.

* Must have knowledge of product variety, standards, perishability, food safety, sanitation, labeling and department policies and procedures.
* Frequently reaches, lifts, stacks and maneuvers objects of varying dimensions and weights up to approximately 80 lbs. Bends, stoops and reaches frequently and occasionally climbs ladders. Pushes and pulls fully loaded hand trucks, high boys and pallet jacks. Performs repetitious arm movement to prepare and package products.
* Manual dexterity and good eye-hand coordination are necessary.
* Mental alertness is necessary to ensure safe and accurate completion of work activities.
* Requires knowledge of basic mathematics and weights and measures. Must have knowledge of taste, content and perishability of products, safety and sanitation procedures and department policies and procedures.
* Operates computer software and electronic ordering devices to input order and inventory and print labels.
* Utilizes saws, cutters, grinders and other cutting and wrapping equipment. Utilizes cleaning supplies and equipment. Utilizes safety cutters. Requires use of safety gloves.
* May be required to work nights, weekends and holidays. Scheduled hours will vary. Good attendance is required.
* Exposure to potential hazards exists with respect to cutting equipment and other work aids necessary to perform job duties.
* Hands remain moist during majority of work time. Hands are frequently exposed to 30˚ Fahrenheit while handling product in the display cases. Requires the ability to work for prolonged period of time in an environment with a temperature range of 40˚ to 50˚ Fahrenheit.
* Exposure to 35˚ Fahrenheit while handling products in cold cases, 28˚ Fahrenheit in cooler and -20˚ Fahrenheit in freezer.
* Working conditions consist of a temperature controlled store environment.
