Key Responsibilities:
Forecasting & Price Modeling
Produce day-ahead, intraday, and real-time LMP price forecasts for relevant utility/ISO markets.
Develop load, weather, and price models to identify volatility windows and optimization opportunities.
Analyze congestion patterns, generation stack shifts, outages, and transmission constraints.
Maintain hourly and sub-hourly forecasting tools in Python, Excel, or similar platforms.
Market Fundamentals & Operational Analysis
Monitor grid conditions, weather impacts, load forecasts, and system advisories to inform operational decisions.
Evaluate supply/demand trends, renewable output patterns, and risk factors that influence price formation.

What You'll Do

About You

Essential Job Functions:
The essential job functions of this position relate to member services responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Analyze weekly Flash reports-including Sales and Gross Profit-as well as Fed-In, WROP, GP Summary, and Multiweek reports to ensure accuracy and consistency across all member stores. Investigate anomalies in inventory values and percentages and communicate findings to store management.
Coordinate inventory data collection from stores and prepare rollsheets for nonperishable inventory audits conducted by third-party service providers. Evaluate and process inventory adjustments requested by store personnel or ownership.
Record RX Department credits and shrink entries for returned products to maintain accurate inventory balances. Manage monthly and quarterly RX accruals to support financial reporting.
Maintain and reconcile quarterly promotional schedules and related balance sheet accounts, including those for inventory, product, and RX accruals.
Support midyear and year-end financial close processes by preparing schedules and documentation for internal review and external audit. Assist in responding to auditor inquiries and compiling required materials.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance departmental efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Participate in ORACLE system testing for Gross Profit reports and Mass Allocations to ensure data integrity and system functionality.
Serve as a primary point of contact for member storeowners, addressing routine and ad hoc inquiries related to Gross Profit and Inventory.

We are looking for a Vendor Compliance Analyst to join the Stitch Fix Operations Team to be the first point of contact for all vendor-related compliance questions and support the day-to-day management of our Vendor Chargeback Program, including data tracking and reporting, system maintenance, process documentation, and recurring trend analysis and forecasting.
The Chargeback Analyst will develop strong knowledge of our Vendor Manual requirements and serve as a key resource for internal and external partners on operational processes, best practices, and related chargebacks. They will be responsible for gathering and validating chargeback data across multiple systems, including our third-party data automation platform Parabola, ensuring accurate monthly invoicing in partnership with Accounts Payable, and tracking negotiations and related updates to ensure accuracy. They will maintain historical chargeback data to support trend analysis and business insights. The Analyst will work cross-functionally to problem-solve, think creatively, and identify opportunities to improve processes across related workstreams. As our network of warehouses manages a significant portion of chargeback volume, the Chargeback Analyst will build strong partnerships with these teams to support accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
Reporting to the Manager of Vendor Operations, this role will collaborate closely with team members, cross-functional partners, vendors, and warehouse employees across the country. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, skilled in Excel and data analysis, and has strong communication and problem-solving skills. They should demonstrate sound judgment, an eye for process improvement, and a commitment to upholding Stitch Fix policies and requirements.

Support the chargeback program with an annual revenue of roughly $4M and over 500+ vendors
Partner cross-functionally with Buying, AP, and our network of warehouses to ensure the chargeback process is effective, optimized, and accurate; Own documentation and SOPs to reflect current protocols and ensure alignment
Develop deep expertise in our third-party chargeback data automation platform to manage and optimize automated workflows for accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth end-to-end process
Drive chargeback data gathering and scrubbing, ensuring accuracy of chargeback invoices and resources; Ensure proper paperwork is reflected in vendor profiles for external visibility
Run the monthly chargeback dispute process, working with our warehouses and buying teams to assess the validity of a vendor's chargeback dispute and determine the appropriate outcome. Track all waived charges in real-time and ensure updates are made accurately in partnership with AP; Minimize disputes by focusing on process alignment and upfront accuracy with partners
Maintain all historical chargeback data ensuring cleanliness and validity; Develop and maintain analytical dashboards to inform monthly and quarterly business reports and trend reporting; Evolve to match the changing business needs
Support budgeting and forecasting for chargeback volume and revenue
Act as the subject matter expert on our vendor requirements and vendor compliance program and be the central point of contact for internal and external partners for questions and concerns, including operational queries and challenges with shipping and delivery
Champion the execution of the chargeback program in our warehouses by developing, tracking, and upholding submission volume goals; Report out on metrics every month to ensure compliance and develop and deliver targeted strategies, recommendations, and resources to support hitting metric goals
Drive warehouse partnership through regular 1:1 meetings and touchpoints
Lead process improvements and standardization efforts for the warehouse chargeback submission process through standardization, training, alignment, and SOPs
Complete regular ad-hoc projects as needed to support the Vendor Operations Team and our partners
Work consistently to identify and execute on efficiency unlocks and streamline processes wherever possible

About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Senior Analyst to join our growth marketing team across both the Thesis and Stasis brands. As our Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of our paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Google, with the opportunity to explore and scale new acquisition channels as we grow.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads platforms, including campaign setup, bid management, budget allocation, and performance monitoring.
Execute A/B and multivariate tests on ad creative, copy, landing pages, audience segments, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI.
Monitor daily campaign performance, analyze key metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates), and make real-time optimizations to maximize efficiency and scale.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad concepts and provide performance-based feedback to inform future creative development.
Build and maintain comprehensive performance reports and dashboards, translating data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
Stay current on platform updates, new features, advertising policies, and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage
Identify and test new paid media channels (Pinterest, YouTube, programmatic, etc.) to diversify our acquisition strategy and unlock new growth opportunities.
Work cross-functionally with growth, product, and analytics teams to align paid media initiatives with broader marketing objectives and business goals.
Manage vendor relationships with ad platforms, agencies, and technology partners as needed.
We're Excited About Your:
2-4 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, with demonstrated expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max).
Proven track record of managing significant monthly ad budgets and achieving strong performance metrics (ROAS, CPA targets, CAC efficiency).
Deep understanding of paid media fundamentals including campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and attribution modeling.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel/Google sheets, and data visualization tools for performance analysis and reporting.
Experience in DTC, e-commerce, or health/wellness industries is a plus.
