Pros of working at Albertsons

Usually willing to pay overtime Great hourly coworkers, due to shared company trauma

Cons of working at Albertsons

No 401k matching (pension given after 20mg years, not enough to retire on), poor management, most employees are on Medicaid to to insufficient pay, no raises, district management in ineffectual, etc (the list really does go on forever)

Albertsons benefits

So little upper management over site 5-10% off groceries (or you can go anywhere else and get them cheaper, most employees can not afford to shop there)

They didn’t care enough to bother anyone

Remove it from its private equity firm (Cerberus capital management) and put employees and customers first

I didn’t, they will take anyone with a single brain cell and a pulse

The job was close by to where I lived. The managers and employees were all nice. Typical workdays were smooth.

Almost always short staffed with constant call outs and no new hires.
