Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Learn about Arconic's business and HR-related processes, systems, and procedures.
Complete meaningful administrative, strategic, and project-based work in several assigned HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Benefits and Compensation
Provide recommendations for improvement of Arconic HR processes, programs, and activities.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Graduate degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration with a Human Resources Concentration/Major, Management with a Human Resources Concentration/Major, Industrial Relations, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or closely related field.
Must have an expected graduation date in late 2025 or Spring/Summer of 2026 or 2027.
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

Arconic's Lancaster Facility is part of the Rolled Products North America (RPNA) group. We currently produce 68 alloys for over 400 customers. The facility has been in central Pennsylvania for 76 years and continues to thrive and grow.

Arconic is currently in search of Maintenance Mechanic Trainee to join our Cranberry Township, PA. location. This position works a 12-hour shift (6pm - 6am) on a 2/3/2 pattern. The civil engineer applies expertise to concrete, structural steel, and site development plans while collaborating with a team of civil engineers and designers to coordinate with other design disciplines, such as construction, procurement, project management, project engineering, project controls, process engineering, and process automation, to successfully complete the design of the civil portion of work for capital projects.
Material Science / Metallurgical Engineer
(Key Roles: Maintenance Engineer or Hardware Design Engineer)
Responsibilities may include work ranging in size from small plant material of construction improvements to the metallurgical design of large new facilities. The Material Science/Metallurgical engineer applies expertise in material science to collaborate with facility teams and designers. This engineer also coordinates with other design disciplines, such as construction, procurement, project management, project engineering, project controls, and process engineering, to successfully complete the selection of the most effective materials for projects and daily maintenance.

We're seeking an Electrical Engineering Intern to join our business in North America during the summer of 2025. You will be responsible for assisting in the design, development and testing of electronic circuits and components for hardware systems. After a successful summer an Electrical Engineering Intern will get hands-on experience in a Fortune 500 organization working alongside senior engineers to evaluate new technologies for future products. Our summer internship program serves as a talent pipeline for our Early Careers Program throughout the organization.

What you will be doing
Assist in the design, development, and testing of electronic circuits and components for hardware systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical designs with firmware, software, and mechanical components.
Support the development of schematic designs and PCB layouts using industry-standard tools such as Altium or Eagle.
Assist with lab testing, including setting up test equipment, conducting measurements, and analyzing data.

Education
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (junior status) or Master's degree with a focus on Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Strong understanding of of electrical circuit design, analysis and testing
Exposure to PCB layout, design and manufacturing process a plus

Previous internship/co-op experience or relevant work experience
