The Role:
Serve as Commercial Counsel to help us scale our contract review and legal service operations.
You'll work closely with both our legal and technical team to ensure commercial contracts are processed efficiently and accurately.

What You'll Do:
Review and negotiate commercial contracts and other legal documents with speed and precision.

Litigating matters under the supervision of the Chief Litigation Counsel, with responsibility for management, coordination, and strategy of portions of the Company's product liability litigation, consumer class actions and general commercial litigation, as well as the evaluation and resolution of pre-litigation demands.

The mission of the Counselor is to counsel patients regarding all aspects of their addiction. He or she must be an active member of the treatment team in the formulation of assessments, treatment plans, diagnostic summaries, progress notes, and continuing care planning. The Counselor will provide supportive individual counseling, conduct group therapy, and review clients at case conferences with other team members. He or she must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to provide these services to clients with chemical dependencies.
The ideal candidate MUST have a Master's degree or higher from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, Human Services, or other related field that includes a practicum in a health or human service agency, preferably in a drug and alcohol setting . If a candidate's experience did not take place in a drug and alcohol setting, his or her written training plan must specifically address a plan to achieve counseling competency in chemical dependency issues. He or she must have full certification in this state as an Addictions Counselor and must be licensed in this state if a Registered Nurse (RN). In addition, he or she must be skilled in using Microsoft Office and must be able to function calmly in a crisis situation.

Attend all required training sessions. Actively participate in training sessions, designated meetings, and special events.
