The Sales Representative at CCNA will develop and implement territory plans to support national and regional sales initiatives to meet profitable sales and earnings objectives. The incumbent's targets include general contractors, subcontractors, specifiers, Building Departments, and other influencers with the goal of providing the CCNA solution and driving business to the channel of end user choice.
ITW CCNA offers a broad range of professional grade anchoring tools and fasteners for numerous construction applications and include structural concrete anchoring systems (Tapcon, Red Head), drywall tool and fastener systems (Ramset) and self-drilling screws (Teks) and threaded rod anchors (Sammys).
Primary Responsibilities
* Growing ITW CCNA business in designated geographic territory by working with distribution partners and by generating end-user demand.
* Utilize sales funnel process to identify opportunities including: end-user targets, project opportunities, and distributor conversions- leading to market share growth and sales generation.
* Use value based selling techniques and negotiating skills to close business.
* Generates a sales plan including end-user visits and distributor call cadence based on maximizing revenue in market.
* Develop, recommend, and implement end-user driven pricing and promotional programs.
* Analyze the business in the territory, using multiple sources of data, to uncover opportunities.
* Work effectively with District Manager and Product Marketing team to win new business while maximizing profitability.
* Participate in the product innovation process by capturing feedback from distributors and end-users, as well as facilitating connections for our Product Marketing and Engineering team.

Work Environment:
This position requires an employee to work in a variety of locations including, but not limited to: home office, job sites, A & E offices and distributor locations. The noise level in the work environment (office) is usually low, but much higher when exposed to the job sites. Certain personal protective equipment is required when on constructions sites. Compensation Information:

Job Description

Responsibilities
Lead the improvement programs in the metallurgical and corrosion areas.
Perform the failure analysis, materials selection (predominately metals and alloys), corrosion control and asset integrity management advice at the large integrated petrochemical facilities. This position requires hands-on field work during investigations of corrosion and materials failures.
Assures that materials-related inspection and repair are executed as per the specification, codes, and Dow Practices
Perform on-site and / or shop inspection in person to assure the equipment integrity.
Work with inspectors and maintenance engineers in the troubleshooting and repair of vessels, tanks, and piping to maximize safety and reliability.
Provide technical support and guidance related with the materials engineering during the plant turnarounds and shutdowns. It may include technical review and field assessment.
Support developing and maintaining MET (Most Effective Technology) Documents.
Assist and provide technical support to Region, Site and Plant for the metallurgical and corrosion engineering including troubleshooting and technical analysis.
Participate in Technical Solutions Team (TST) and leverage the practices.
Supports EH&S engagement, particularly in the field and in the areas of personal safety and compliance.
Implements and provides on-going support of the Maintenance Procedure Use Policy at the facility. Ensures that all maintenance employees comply with all applicable elements of the policy.

Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting with equipment installations and maintenance as required. The candidate will assist with the assembly of equipment and inspect for proper operation, uncrating and moving of equipment into position. The individual will be responsible for driving service and delivery truck to the intended destination to deliver or pick up equipment with the use of a lift-gate. Must also assist other Branch employees and Service Technicians as required. Must be willing to work hours as needed.
The pay rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience. The range for this position is below: $26.00 - $35.20 per hour.
Qualifications
What you'll bring to the table:
* High School diploma/GED or related experience
* 1-2 year minimum experience in related field.
* Be able to work with mechanical/electrical equipment safely
* Basic Knowledge of Welding, Hydraulics and/or Electrical Skills
* Understand How to Troubleshoot Mechanical Problems
* Basic plumbing and soldering knowledge
* Basic knowledge of CO2 and Freon
* Basic knowledge of moving tools and equipment
* Customer Service skills- resolving customer issues. ensuring appropriate communication with customers and following up on customer requests
* Required to manage expense reports and travel budgets.
* Must be willing to become a Service/Repair Technician in the future
* Bi-lingual (Spanish) is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
* Lifting 50-75 lbs with or without assistance
* Climbing up to 8 ft with ladder. Working on roofs of building will be required
* Extensive driving 5-6 hours/day
* Kneeling, squatting, bending, pushing/pulling
* Exposure to noise, heat, cold, slippery, wet conditions
* Will need to be able to travel for overnight and multiple day job assignments.
