Partner with the District Manager and store leadership team to develop Store Action Plans to support the business in response to key performance indicators and profit and loss (P&L) statements. Attend and successfully complete all job trainings and assessments, including ServSave Food Protection Manager where applicable, and ensure Team Members complete required trainings. Compensation: Starting pay range: $49,600 - $58,400 Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for quarterly and annual bonuses based on store and company performance.
