What you will do
The Sr. Commerical Security Account Executive is a senior level sales associate with accreditation/certification, team selling skills and knowledge of Johnson Controls integrated level technologies, including fire and other high-level applications. How you will do it
Adhere to current Johnson Controls policies, procedures, products, programs and services.
Create new market share by selling a broad range of Johnson Controls products and services to new local commercial customers.
Sell additional products and services to existing accounts that continue to present new sales opportunities. Sell add-ons, amend, and convert existing customer systems to meet the customers' expectations.
Renew existing customer agreements.
Responsible for resale opportunities within an assigned territory
Sell products within assigned territory consisting of integrated video surveillance, access control, and fire sales.

Follow up with prospects in a timely manner.
Independently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies and tactics; consistently apply time and territory management techniques.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers' issues and needs through in-house training, networking and reading/research.
Obtain referrals and work with Centers of Influence.
Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.
Conduct post installation follow-up by contacting customer, ensuring commitments were met and affirm customer satisfaction once the customer has been in service.
Provide training/guidance to less experienced representatives.
Team-sell with other Johnson Controls associates, particularly representatives in the first 180 days of position being assigned.
Responsible for new business development for North America and Local business accounts - existing customers and new.

About the Job
Your mission, if you accept it, will be to design, code, review, and debug custom code for our customers. We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to support and enhance our internal IT infrastructure. This is a hands-on technical role managing Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Microsoft 365, and core network systems in a professional services environment. The ideal candidate is a mid-senior level IT professional who enjoys ownership, stability, and working directly with IT leadership on system improvements and modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
• Manage VMware vSphere/vCenter environments (resource tuning, HA/DRS, provisioning)
• Support Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, security/compliance settings)
• Assist with network administration, including VLANs, VPNs, routing/switching
• Support firewall configuration and remote access (SonicWall experience a plus)
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex systems and infrastructure issues
• Participate in infrastructure upgrades, cloud integrations, and security hardening efforts
• Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures
Qualifications
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in Systems Administration or Systems Engineering
• Strong experience with Windows Server & Active Directory

Buffalo Center is seeking an LPN or RN Treatment Nurse to support our residents by providing high-quality treatment care within our skilled nursing facility.
Compensation: $29.00 - $42.00 per hour (based on relevant experience and license type)
Duties:
Perform and document all assigned treatments, including dressing changes, per provider orders and facility protocols
Conduct skin assessments as directed and report changes promptly to supervising nurse
Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety policies
Ensure treatment supplies are properly stocked and organized
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the clinical team
Follow established care plans and assist the Wound RN as needed
Additional duties as assigned by Nursing Leadership
Requirements:
Valid New York State LPN or RN license in good standing
Treatment experience preferred; skilled nursing experience a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident care
Ability to work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment
