Experience creating journey maps, service blueprints, empathy maps and other user-centered artifacts. Experience with segmentation, archetypes, personas, jobs-to-be-done, or other frameworks. Proven ability to build consensus, work in cross-functional teams, and collaborate in fast paced environments. Must be an effective communicator with strong story telling skills. Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization. Experience with usability testing and A/B testing. Ability to synthesize research findings into actionable insights.
