Job Description **Hiring for role in 2026** Leads are responsible production line employees; this includes staffing, training, achieving efficiency standards, insuring a quality product is produced, and achieving scheduled completion dates. You will track downtime and corrective actions coordinated with the Manufacturing Supervisor. You will work with the Assistant Supervisor to insure training is achieved, work orders are communicated, setup are completed, and the right tooling and fixtures are on line for the appropriate jobs. You will be required to collect and report on key production data as defined by the Manufacturing Supervisor. You will be responsible for 5S and continuous improvement activities on their respective lines and will provide support for department and site 5S and continuous improvement efforts. Follow 5S guidelines Maintain clean work environment, report all unsafe work areas, and clear all lines of obstacles and trash Expectations are to constantly observe and promote changes and improvements Performs activities of candle maker when assigned to assist or relieve on an individual basis to avoid shutdown. Ability to take weights & enter information accurately into QA weight database Make necessary valve adjustments when required Data entry into computer system, logging pallets, conducting in process inspections. Working with the Pour Technician to set up machines and equipment; communicate with Pour Technician to assure timely and accurate retrieval of necessary materials to maintain production levels. Read / understand MAP as well as deviations if necessary. Organize and monitor work flow while achieving quality, efficiency & daily goals. Maintain/verify line data entry: weights collection, glass temps, pour temps, rejection reports, WO signoffs Ability to lead & direct all production line operators as well as resolve personnel issues on line Flexibility to run ALL lines as required (A-J) Knowledge of wax types & characteristics Ability to identify issues quickly, identify root cause, and implement solutions as needed. Coordinate corrective action with minimal supervision Work well with multiple departments Ensure all people throughout line are rotated systematically for cross training purposes as well as safety and ergonomic reasons Knowledge and ability to operate various machines. Ability to utilize hand jack when necessary. Use and knowledge of all hand tools as needed Communicate equipment issues to maintenance & supervisors Education required High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Job Description **Hiring for role in January 2026.** Hours: Monday-Friday 1pm-9pm Accurately receives labels into stock with the appropriate part numbers, quantities, system transactions, location identifiers, and stocking locations. Ensures labels are easily identifiable in order to be issued accurately. Accurately establishes and maintains bin locations within the system and physically in the label area. Receives and issues labels to the appropriate work order, validating correctness with extra focus on matching domestic and international to the right work orders. Prints BME labels, tracking date codes. Maintains accurate inventory by doing the appropriate bin transactions and issue documentation and system entries. Conducts cycle counts as required and work with finance to accurately adjust on hand balances. Pulls, stages, and issues label components for production jobs. Issues date codes, ensuring accuracy of batch tracking. Creates carton labels for new finished goods, and ensures they are readily identifiable to the appropriate work order. Insure items signed out properly to the line leaders and enter inventory transactions for all materials pulled. When excess is returned to stock, ensures documentation is correct and on hand balances are accurately and correctly entered into the system. Uses scale to get precision counts of returned labels and splices smaller rolls together. Role and Responsibilities Must be able to work within and navigate our ERP system (IFS) to issue materials to the appropriate order. Stage and issue side and bottom labels as required per work order instructions. Send batch information electronically to ShopVue systems on production floor. Following each run materials should be returned to reconcile components at the end of each work order. Properly transfer labels to and from storage bins, ensuring accuracy in all transactions. Cycle counting steps in IFS Education required High School diploma or general education degree (GED). Maintain up-to-date certifications for all forklift operators and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Inventory Control: Implement and maintain robust inventory control procedures, including cycle counting, stock reconciliation, and quality inspections. Aim to ensure inventory accuracy and minimize shrinkage. Team Supervision: Supervise and lead a team of logistics leads and warehouse personnel. Provide guidance, training, and support to foster smooth operations and promote professional development. Logistics Planning: Plan, organize, and monitor the transportation, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods to align with production schedules and customer demands. Optimization Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, minimize lead times, and reduce transportation costs while maintaining high service levels. Facility and Equipment Oversight: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of warehouse facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational standards. Data Analysis: Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in logistics and supply chain management. Drive continuous improvement and innovation. Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall objectives of the logistics department and organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably within a high-volume manufacturing environment. Previous supervisory experience is required. Preferred Qualifications Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in logistics software and systems, such as ERP and WMS platforms.
