Responsibilities
Lead, support, and manage ATE Field Operations Managers (FOMs) to maximize productivity and growth, fostering a culture that promotes development, accountability, and alignment with ATE's mission.

Qualifications

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of ebm's products and services, and comprehensive knowledge of our platform capabilities, in order to educate prospects, guide them toward the best solutions, and accurately answer questions
* Be a product and subject matter expert - know the ins and outs of all our solutions, including our benefits administration platforms and enhanced services, and be the ultimate resource for prospects and partners when questions about our products arise
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge
* Track and maintain accurate information of your activities, next steps, communication, and more within our CRM, ensuring that each interaction is logged and all data is complete and accurate
QUALIFICATIONS
* Strong knowledge of and experience in the employee benefits industry, specifically with benefits administration technology
* MUST have experience performing demos for one of the following benefits administration platforms: Employee Navigator, bswift, or PlanSource
* Superior verbal and written communication skills
