Under Suran's guidance, ACP within the first two years of certification grew to six aircraft and achieved ARG/US Platinum and IS-BAO Stage I. He was named the chief operating officer of InJet (ACP's retail charter brokering service) when the program was formed in July 2009 to supplement ACP's Air Carrier Operations.

Having established one of the nation's most reputable aircraft management companies, in 2015 Suran successfully initiated a Merger between ACP Jets and JFI Jets combining their fleets, base locations, strong sets of employees and one of the strongest Leadership teams in business Aviation. The transaction was a symbiotic merger of cultures and synergy resulting in the only company in the country to have physical locations, with staffing, facilities, maintenance and sales, in all thee top US market segments between their bases in South Florida, New York and Southern California.

Suran began his career in aviation more than 18 years ago holding various management positions with Philair Flight Center, JetServer and Chandelle Aviation.

He is actively involved with the National Business Aviation Association, National Air Transportation Association and Air Charter Safety Association as well as a current member of NATA's Charter Committee and AR/GUS In 2014 he was invited to work on the current FAA aviation rulemaking committee for Air Carrier Training (ACTARC) helping shape new rules for standardizing Part 142 training for Air Carriers.

Suran attended Iowa State University for Aerospace Engineering and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he studied aeronautical science with a minor in aviation safety and human factors. While he lives and breathes aviation, his hobbies include golf, racing cars and travelling

Christopher Jelinek is an Avionics operations manager at Banyan Air Service and Chief Inspector at Alerion Aviation and is based in Greensboro, North Carolina. He has worked as Avionics team lead at Duncan Aviation, Avionics service supervisor at Banyan Air Service, and Avionics Manager at Signature Flight Support. Christopher attended Various aircraft manufacturers.
