This role builds dashboards and metrics that provide real-time visibility into small business performance, conducts trend analysis, and partners with program stakeholders to evaluate strategic initiatives and annual goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel for real-time visibility into small business performance.

Requirements
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, complex formulas).
Strong knowledge of data governance, privacy standards (PII/PHI), and handling procurement-sensitive data.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively.
Experience preparing recurring reports and meeting strict deadlines.
Experience coordinating outreach events and travel.
Familiarity with DHA/DoD processes and contractor communications.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Requirements

Experience in statistical computing languages, such as Python, R and others (SQL, MATLAB, SAS).
Advanced programming skills in these computing languages and proficient in the following:
Expert in statistical concepts (hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and probability distributions, etc.
Proficient with supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms, including decision trees, neural networks, and clustering techniques.
Technical skills to extract, manipulate, and manage large datasets from various databases.
Ability to clearly communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Capable of interpreting results and translating data insights into actionable recommendations used in building strategies and decision-making.
