Assist with preparing and maintaining price comparisons, warranty/maintenance information and related reports to inform purchasing decisions and contract management.

Provide administrative support by responding to vendor and customer inquiries, scheduling preventive maintenance, and participating in vendor meetings and discussions regarding equipment, parts and services.
