About the job The Alfa Laval Career Pathways Program is designed to launch new college graduates into a dynamic, 9-month immersive experience that prepares them for long-term success at Alfa Laval. Participants receive extensive training across our products, industries, and functions within all four divisions, while building a strong internal network that supports their future placement within the company. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Houston, TX; Indianapolis, IN; Kenosha, WI; Warminster, PA; Richmond, VA. Relocation will be provided.
