THE ALGONA FAMILY YMCA OFFERS PROGRAMS TO INDIVIDUALS OF ALL AGES. PROGRAM AREAS INCLUDE: CHILDCARE, YOUTH SPORTS, DAY CAMP, MENTORING, HEALTH & WELLNESS, TEEN PROGRAMS, AND ADULT PROGRAMS. ALL PROGRAMS HELP DEVELOP THE PERSON SPIRITUALLY, MENTALLY, AND/OR PHYSICALLY. WE ALSO IMPROVE CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT BY INSTRUCTING CARING, HONESTY, RESPECT AND RESPONSIBILITY IN OUR PROGRAMS. OUR YOUTH SPORTS PROGRAMS ARE LEAD BY VOLUNTEERS. AS WE ARE A MEMBER ORGANIZATION, MEMBERSHIP IS ALSO AVAILABLE TO INDIVIDUALS OF ALL AGES, RACE, ABILITIES AND INCOME LEVELS. YMCA MEMBERS HAVE ACCESS TO ALL PROGRAMS, ACTIVITIES, EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IS AVAILABLE TO ANY INDIVIDUAL OR FAMILY WHO IS UNABLE TO PAY THE STATED PRICE OF A MEMBERSHIP AND CAN SHOW NEED.
