Tack/weld/fabricate and repair equipment and tooling. Assist with training new welders within the department. Ensure all parts and components are accurate according to specifications. Work with the Quality team and Supervisors to identify and correct weld defects or other welding-related issues. Use and understand various paperwork, including but not limited to schedules, prints, & tech standards. Perform general housekeeping and maintenance on equipment. Perform extra assignments in other areas and related task assignments within the work area. Regular, consistent attendance.
