Position Overview:
UNIQLO USA is looking for a talented and energetic analyst to join our Customer Engagement Center. This individual will be responsible for finding ways to improve the overall customer experience based on Voice Of Customer (VOC). We expect this person to represent our current and future customers, working directly with management, and key department leaders.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze customer inquiries, various types of feedback. and related data.
Report to management and department leaders with suggestions on how to improve customer experience when working with logistics-related inquiries.
Understand customer voices, identify and work closely with business stakeholders both internal and external to troubleshoot customer pain points with the customer experience with efficiency.
Ownership to resolve customer issues including responding to customer inquiries and creating/updating SOP.
Continuously work with CEC team members to streamline and improve the customer experience and operations efficiencies within CEC.
Be able to take the lead as necessary, including customer support, in order to investigate the actual situation and resolve issues.
Collaborate with the Loss Prevention and Fraud Investigation teams to identify and resolve issues impacting customer experience.
Is up to date and understanding of industry fraud trends
Skills in defining requirements for operational changes or service improvement
Capability to adhere to team processes and standards, while leading process improvement efforts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree required, preferable areas of study are: Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Marketing, Customer Service or similar
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Logistics or E-commerce is preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint as well as similar tools
Flexibility and agility to adapt to changing and evolving business requirements and objectives.
Results-driven with exceptional detail and knowledge around metrics with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally.
Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality is required
Salary: $92,000 - $97,000

The Customer Service Representative will be an energetic and reliable professional in the Movado Call Center. Requirements:

The Customer Service Representative will be an energetic and reliable professional in the Movado Call Center. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, utilizing company policies to solve customer issues, and directing calls to the managerial team when necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide first-level assessment, support, and resolution of issues.
Answer inbound calls regarding product orders, E-comm orders, parts orders, and repair requests in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company.
Handle dispute escalation in accordance with existing policies and procedures
Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.

Attend mandatory monthly training/department meetings before/after scheduled work time to stay updated on product or company policy changes.
Requirements:

Must have the ability to learn systems and multi-task by navigating multiple windows to obtain and update necessary information while assisting customers
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite is required, including Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote

Responsibilities
Prepare packages and process shipments using UPS, FedEx, third party shipping system
Compare packing list to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list

Load and unload trucks as well as put away stock
Answer questions regarding inventory, shipping, freight and supplies
Check and respond to company emails
Work on fulfillment and kitting projects
Make bins and labels for new program merchandise
Maintain neat and orderly appearance of entire warehouse
Operate forklifts, stand-up electric pallet jacks and manual pallet jacks
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age or older with the ability to read and speak English for safety purposes
High School diploma or GED required
1+ years of receiving experience, previous warehouse experience and forklift license preferred
Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Outlook preferred
Motivated by deadline-oriented work environment
Able to work overtime when required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
Pushing and pulling up to 200 pounds with assistance of rolling carts

Job Summary:
As a Call Center Rep, you will perform a variety of tasks including answering/routing phone calls, delivering messages, handling complaints, and disseminating information. The position is often the first encounter a guest has prior to the arrival of the property and is thus very influential in creating the first impression of the hotel. This position's starting wage is $15.50. This position is part-time working day shift on Friday's and Saturday's.
Essential Functions:
* Enhances the guest experience by providing exceptional service.
* Answers incoming phone calls, routing as necessary.
* Responds to inquiries regarding property - i.e. directions to property, players club, entertainment, hours of operation of venues, etc.
* Relays "guest requests" to appropriate staff.
* Ensures calls are answered promptly and in accordance to department standards.
* Follows established emergency procedures
* Assists guests in fulfilling their requests - room changes, extra amenities, etc.
* Processes and submit end-of-shift reports.
* Contacts Housekeeping and Facilities department when guests report room issues.
* Adheres to department and property policies and procedures.
* Confirms reservations.
* Verifies future reservations are correct for future arrivals.
* Assists guests in resolving complaints.
* Disseminates information to guests about the property and local area.
* Maintains knowledge of property information & memorabilia.
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Excellent customer service skills
* High School graduate or equivalent
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
* Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
* Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays
Physical Requirements:
* Frequently required to lift up to a maximum of 30 pounds
* Regularly required to see, talk, hear, walk, sit, and stand
* Frequently required to use hands to handle, feel, and reach
