About the Role The DC Client Success Manager (DC CM) oversees daily operational performance for assigned clients and operations teams. They collaborate with support areas like customer care and technology, serving as the main client contact. Additionally, the DC CM supports the Senior Client Manager/Client Leader in delivering high-quality solutions and utilizes effective client communication skills. Responsibilities Utilizing knowledge of Defined Contribution to interpret complex client requirements. Addressing questions related to unique situations, participant inquires, client escalations and requirements. Manages the operations of a client team through developing talent and delegating work. Communicate regularly with clients on all aspects of daily operations Driving stable and consistent delivery from internal and external partners. Using data to influence standardization and process innovation. Communicating, validating and managing eCAT with client. Managing defined contribution plans and understanding their effect on clients and participants. Collaborating with the Oversight & Excellence team to reduce total cost by lowering demand and improving efficiency. Also, focus on improving delivery quality. Requirements 3+ years in Defined Contribution. Be knowledgeable of Defined Contribution recordkeeping systems. Be an effective communicator and use influencing skills on domain and technical matters, internally and externally with vendors. Have proven analytical abilities and attention to detail when working with complex data. Be solutions oriented and have ability to report data to stakeholders. We are hiring a Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager to design and lead a comprehensive vendor management program. This role will define program components, implement processes, and oversee vendor relationships. A key responsibility includes supporting third-party audits, collaborating with account executives and auditors, and ensuring compliance with procurement standards. “This role supports services provided to the federal government or federal government contractor and therefore requires US Citizenship. Team members at this level may also provide guidance to peers through code reviews, technical collaboration, and knowledge sharing. RESPONSIBILITIES Understand user stories and technical requirements, performing gap analysis across platforms and technologies. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups. Estimate work, track progress, and proactively surface risks or blockers .Design and build Angular widgets and Java‑based microservices that meet functional and non‑functional requirements. Ensure solutions integrate effectively with other platforms and services. Apply coding standards focused on maintainability, performance, and quality. Complete development testing within each sprint according to acceptance criteria. Work independently and collaboratively as part of a globally distributed team. Partner with solution quality analysts to support testing, troubleshooting, and root‑cause analysis. Create and maintain technical documentation within code and supporting materials. Contribute to customer‑facing documentation as needed. Produce release and deployment artifacts to support smooth progression through environments. REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of overall professional experience, including 3+ years on software development teams At least 3 years of experience developing microservices and Angular widgets Hands‑on experience with Java development Experience working with APIs and service‑based architectures Familiarity with AWS Experience working in Agile development environments Ability to participate effectively in requirements‑gathering sessions and document outcomes Comfort working in evolving or ambiguous situations Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team goals Experience designing or contributing to large‑scale enterprise solutions Experience working with APIs and service‑based architectures Familiarity with AWS Understanding of containerized applications, including Docker and Kubernetes Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Systems Design) or equivalent professional experience Alight requires all virtual interviews to be conducted on video.
