About the Role
This role is responsible for the overall management, retention, and growth of their assigned portfolio of clients. They are accountable for revenue retention and growth, client renewals, client satisfaction, and for maximizing the value clients derive from our products and solutions.
Responsibilities
Developing and builds meaningful and trusted relationships across internal teams, customer stakeholders, and key influential third-party stakeholders.
Leading through influence; persuades, motivates, and inspires action toward desired outcomes.
Asking provocative questions to uncover and understand the client's business goals, priorities, and desired outcomes.
Anticipating the client's needs and effectively positions solutions to drive value maximization, retention, and revenue growth.
Advocating and connecting capabilities, support, and/or services for clients. Advocates internally and facilitates the involvement of Sales, Delivery, and other functions to achieve common goals.
Consulting with clients regularly on best practices to increase product adoption and utilization.
Identifying opportunities for expansion of solutions to support and drive the client's desired business outcomes.
Owning the Account Health strategy for assigned client accounts. Proactively monitors and identifies client retention risk. Designs and executes success plans to resolve issues and mitigate risk.
Leading the strategy, preparation and execution of Quarterly Client Business Reviews (QBRs).
Leading the renewal strategy for assigned book of business.
Requirements
7+ years of equivalent experience in a Customer Success/Account Management role. Experience managing a book of large enterprise, high ARR/ high complexity accounts.
Possess business and financial acumen to lead successful negotiations and secure multi-year renewals.
Have a strategic, growth mindset and proven ability to develop and execute customer success engagements and strategies.
Able to build relationships across multiple client personas and key internal/external stakeholders.
Lead and thrive in an evolving environment while managing priorities and deliverables across assigned accounts and teams.
Possess leadership, communication, project-management, and presentation skills.
Have a passion for delivering market-differentiating customer experiences.
Able to travel 25%-35% as required.

Partners with the sales professionals in the administration of special order requests
Oversee store opening and closing in the absence of the Retail Store Manager.
Talent

Provide formal and informal feedback to staff to build ongoing development opportunities

Qualifications
Work Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience managing in a similar role, preferably within a high-end luxury accessories boutique with joint responsibility for sales and operations

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Assistant Client Manager takes on meaningful, technical tasks for the client management team. In this fast-paced, deadline driven environment, this role provides essential administrative support to the Client Managers.
LOCATION: Birmingham, AL - Role must work in-office 3 days a week
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
A detailed list of job duties includes (but is not limited to):
Works with Client Managers in the ESPI Programs Division to efficiently and effectively service clients.
Consistently establishes and maintains high levels of trust and confidence with clients by initiating introductions, through periodic contacts, and by promptly responding and resolving client questions and issues;
• Process Certificates of Insurance, endorsements, order loss runs and other items related to the servicing of client accounts in a timely and accurate manner;
• Inform and educate clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusions, and insurance coverage needs. Assist clients in making coverage changes;
• Meet all quality and timeliness standards in the Agency Management System while properly documenting all activity;
• Other duties may be assigned.
Marketing
Submit applications with proper supporting documentation and follow up to ensure timely receipt of quotes and policies;
• Knowledge and experience with a variety of carrier on-line systems, including but not limited to BHHC, ICW, SCIF, AMTrust
• Provide technical support in the sales process as needed
• Other duties may be assigned.
Personal and Organizational Responsibilities
Set priorities and manage workflow for self to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of all responsibilities;
• Maintain cordial and effective relations with clients, co-workers, carriers, wholesalers, vendors, and other business contacts;
• Maintain documentation and records;
• Interact with others effectively utilizing good communication skills, cooperating purposefully, and providing information and guidance as needed to achieve the business goals of the Company;
• Stay informed regarding industry information, new product/program developments, coverages, legislation, technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance;
• Other duties may be assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. One or four years of college or related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Full knowledge of multi-line Property & Casualty insurance products and services.
• Demonstrated experience with Agency Management Systems, rating procedures, coverages, and industry operations to effectively manage, maintain, and write assigned clients and prospects.
• Sagitta Agency Management System and/or PaperWise software experience a plus. Experience with paperless procedures preferred.
• Proficiency with a variety of Microsoft Office computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, and presentation software.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires teamwork, demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
• Valid Property & Casualty Insurance license.
COMPENSATION:
The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
