Qualifications
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science and information systems.

Strong knowledge in Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS), such as Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.
Experience working in hybrid environments (cloud/on-premise).
Experience with enterprise integration patterns, APIs (REST/SOAP), and message brokers (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub).
Strong knowledge and skills in data automation technologies, such as Python, Cloud data pipelines, ETL/ELT, SQL, etc.
Proficiency in GCP BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, and Cloud storage.
Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as GCP Cloud Composer or Airflow.

The Role:
Combining business and security expertise, the Solutions Architect role will demonstrate the value of Halcyon's cyber resilience solution to customers by advising, educating, and redefining the next generation of cybersecurity and recovery. This includes conducting ransomware readiness assessments and aligning customer expectations with the Halcyon cyber resilience solution. The role will align closely with our sales team and require close partnership with other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meaningful product development. The Solutions Architect will actively contribute to quarterly and annual quota objectives by facilitating discussions, coordinating technical demonstrations, and representing Halcyon as the market-leading solution. Territory:

Responsibilities:
Work with multiple stakeholders across the executive branch (CxO), as well as other relevant stakeholders, to demonstrate the value of Halcyon's solution.
Advise and educate customers and channel partners on the Halcyon platform and its capabilities.
Assist account and channel management to drive revenue and move opportunities throughout the sales cycle.

Skills and Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in a pre-sales role within the cybersecurity industry (e.g., Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Channel Engineer, or Technical Advisor).
Proven success supporting strategic and enterprise customers, driving complex technical evaluations and achieving consistent technical wins.
Deep knowledge of modern security architectures - endpoint protection, ransomware resilience, incident response, identity protection, and cloud security.
Demonstrated success leading POCs, demos, and technical evaluations with enterprise customers.

About the Role
Weee! is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Solution Design Engineer with the expertise to deliver scalable warehouse layouts, evaluate automation ROI, and ensure expansion projects launch on time and on budget. You'll design cost-effective fulfillment solutions that support our rapid national expansion while balancing operational feasibility with strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities
Design and optimize warehouse layouts including racking configurations, dock planning, and workstation placement for both existing facilities and new builds to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency
Develop strategic capacity plans that forecast throughput requirements and SKU capacity needs to support long-term business growth and expansion
Create and iterate CAD layouts, throughput models, and capacity analyses to validate design feasibility and performance against current and future business requirements
Evaluate automation solutions including hardware selection, system integration, and layout design modifications to support material handling equipment, robotics, AMRs, and packaging technologies
Conduct comprehensive ROI analysis and business case development for automation and equipment investments, providing financial impact assessments to support capital planning decisions
Support strategic finance budget forecasting by providing accurate cost estimates and capacity projections for warehouse expansion and automation initiatives
Build repeatable design frameworks and standardized templates for new builds and retrofits to enable rapid, consistent deployment across multiple sites
Lead design workshops and maintain close collaboration with Operations, Process Engineering, WMS, Finance, and external vendors to align requirements and evaluate trade-offs
Manage vendor relationships to achieve reliable collaboration, favorable terms, and cost-effective solutions that meet technical specifications
Simultaneously manage multiple high-visibility warehouse design projects, influencing and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Provide technical leadership and design clarifications throughout project execution phases to ensure smooth implementation and address operational constraints
Document design standards, processes, and lessons learned to build institutional knowledge for long-term scalability
Support warehouse safety design considerations in accordance with OSHA standards and operational best practices
Travel 10-20% to observe operations, validate designs onsite, and interact with internal and external business and technical leaders
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
5+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment, distribution center, or 3PL warehouse design with focus on layouts, racking, process flow, and automation evaluation
Proven track record delivering new warehouse projects or large-scale expansions from concept through implementation
Strong AutoCAD skills and hands-on warehouse layout design experience
Experience in throughput modeling and capacity planning for warehouse operations
Demonstrated ability to conduct ROI analysis and business case evaluation for automation and equipment investments
Strong vendor management experience with ability to build constructive, sustainable relationships
Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities
System-level thinking that connects operational details with strategic business goals
Detail-oriented approach with rigor in technical analysis and design documentation
Practical, operations-focused mindset with comfort working hands-on and onsite with fulfillment teams
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
Experience with automation solutions such as AutoStore, Geek+, AMRs, or other material handling systems
Understanding of WMS/WCS integration considerations in warehouse design
Experience with discrete event simulation software
Professional certifications (Lean Six Sigma, PMP)
Experience in high-growth retail or e-commerce environments

Compensation Range
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000 - $145,000
This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
