We Are Seeking Chiropractic Physicians Aligned Modern Health is hiring both new graduates and experienced Chiropractic Physicians at several locations in the city of Chicago. Our ideal candidates are collaborative, patient-centered, and passionate about delivering exceptional care through a model that integrates Chiropractic care, Functional Rehabilitation, and strength training, supported by a multidisciplinary team that includes Physical Medicine, Acupuncture, Functional Medicine, and Hormonal Health. Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Patient Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments for new patients, including range of motion testing, neurological and orthopedic examinations, functional movement screens, X-rays when clinically indicated, and evidence-based evaluations to establish accurate diagnoses. Evidence-Based Treatment Planning: Develop individualized care plans that integrate Chiropractic adjustments, Functional Rehabilitation, and strength training. Treatment plans address musculoskeletal injuries, spinal and neurological conditions, support for pregnancy, and sports injury recovery. Care is planned using AMH's proprietary 3 Phases of Care model. Interdisciplinary Case Management: Manage patient cases by collaborating closely with rehab specialists for therapeutic exercise programs and with licensed massage therapists for myofascial interventions. Ensure seamless, team-based care focused on functional recovery and measurable outcomes. Patient Education & Cross-Referral Collaboration: Educate patients on the benefits of a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach and refer appropriately to AMH's Acupuncture, Functional Medicine, and Hormonal Health teams to support whole-body recovery and performance optimization. Ongoing Professional Development: Participate in structured clinical development and continuing education opportunities with full financial support for external CEUs. Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic Degree; Active Illinois License (or eligible for activation within 14 days of hire).
