The work you'll do Deloitte's Securitization Capital Markets Services team is dedicated to supporting clients in the execution of complex capital markets transactions. + Perform detailed loan file reviews for pools of commercial mortgage loans and associated properties.
+ Maintain, update, and analyze critical data related to loan review findings.
+ Participate in collateral stratification procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to meet client deadlines.
+ Interface directly with clients, attorneys, and internal teams to communicate and reconcile data or offering document exceptions.
+ Prepare and verify pool-level collateral stratification tables and loan-specific reports using proprietary software and Excel-based models.

QualificationsRequired:
+ Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field required.
