Stephen oversees Alkami’s product direction, strategy, and sales efforts.

Stephen has an extensive financial services background including roles at Catalyst Consulting, Metavante, ACI Worldwide, and Advanced Financial Solutions. Stephen co-founded Alkami Technology, Inc. in 2009. Stephen ran Alkami from his home and later an apartment turned office above a Coldstone Creamery for 9 years. Present-day Alkami has become a flourishing 5-floor, 560+ employee operation in the heart of Plano, Texas. Alkami serves upwards of 160 financial institutions and empowers more than 9 million users to make the most of their financial futures.

Stephen’s entrepreneurial optimism and ability to manage and take risks have propelled Alkami’s mission. By creating one of today’s leading digital banking solutions, small to mid-sized banks and credit unions can compete with the progressive demands of online banking, and in turn, transform the way consumers manage their financial future.

Doug leads Alkami’s legal, compliance, and information security functions, after having been a key strategic and operational leader in the maturation and growth of Alkami for 3 years before joining the Office of the Chief Executive.

Doug has more than 20 years of legal, risk/compliance, and technology business operations experience. He has served as general counsel and corporate secretary at multiple technology companies, including One Network, Credant Technologies, and i2 Technologies (JDA).

He holds a B.B.A. and his Juris Doctor from Baylor University.

Marc leads Alkami’s Engineering group including software architecture, development, site reliability, and quality assurance teams, advancing the company’s investments in technology talent and expertise for the future.

With nearly 25 years of experience in software development, information technology, product development, and cloud platform innovation, Marc has facilitated several industry-first innovations.

Before joining the Office of the Chief Executive, Marc led Alkami’s Product Engineering group, overseeing key technology initiatives including moving to the cloud. Prior to joining Alkami, Marc spent almost 8 years at SoftLayer, an IBM Company, in roles including VP of Product Innovation and Chief Technology Officer, as well as being named an IBM Distinguished Engineer. Prior to SoftLayer, he served as Director of Product Development at Rackspace in their emerging cloud division.

Marc holds a B.B.A. degree in Business Information Systems from University of North Texas and earned his M.B.A from SMU Cox School of Business.

As President and CEO of Workfront, Alex drives the overall strategy, vision, and execution of the company, ensuring that Workfront is a dedicated partner in helping its customers transform the work experience. Shootman brings more than 25 years of experience in all areas of revenue and profit generation for technology organizations, with significant experience leading SaaS-based companies.

Prior to joining Workfront, Alex was President of Apptio, where he was responsible for the company’s integrated sales and services functions globally. Prior to Apptio, Alex was the President of Eloqua, where he was responsible for leading the organization’s global sales, customer success, and field operations teams. Alex was integral in leading Eloqua’s category creation as an enterprise SaaS company, and in 2012 was a member of the team that helped bring Eloqua to a successful public offering, subsequently being acquired by Oracle. Shootman has also held executive-level positions with Vignette, TeleTech, BMC Software and IBM.

In his free time Alex can usually be found trying to convince his legs that they really don’t hurt on a road bike or running trail, admiring the view from a 14er in Colorado, or down on a reef in his home state of Hawaii. That is if his four kids leave him any free time.
