None it’s just another job where the Family destroy employees and Safety is last on the list.

Pros of working at All-Pro Fasteners

Pros , hour lunch, they give away nice hats, nice uniforms , cold AC in the office and bathrooms.

Cons of working at All-Pro Fasteners

Managers seem confused, the way they process an order takes to long, by the time it gets to warehouse the order is already late so the guys in warehouse have to rush which leads to mistakes . Managers like to yell at people and blame them for their mistakes . HR dept is a joke. They only care about the company not the employees. They make payroll mistakes often .

CEO hides in the accounting building and lets his women run all. No leadership company is ran by fear.

Payday , Fridays, 5:00pm. The hour lunch, watching the female managers fight and blame each other instead of blaming the workers . Getting to leave to make a delivery .
