Ron has been a member of the Century Group management team since 1995 and was appointed CEO in 2007. Over his tenure he has held various responsibilities including President and COO prior to his appointment to CEO. Ron began his career with the firm as an Associate with responsibility for direct recruiting and sourcing of candidates for the firm’s clients.
