In 1957, All States Asphalt, Inc. (ASA) was founded by a local entrepreneur in Sunderland, Massachusetts.
The addition of Warner Bros., LLC, to the family in 2006 marked a momentous occasion in our history.
Further to our expansion, in 2013 Rampart Bituminous, LLC, and Auburn Asphalt, LLC, became a part of our family of companies.
Growth in the Maine market continued in 2019 with the addition of F.R. Carroll, Inc. and State Paving, Inc.
