Production Manager

Base Salary up to $65,000 - $90,000 (base + commission)
Description
Lead and manage the start and completion of reconstruction projects using Company Resources and sub-contractor trades
Interact and communicate with customers and Carriers frequently on status of the project
Create work orders for projects
Schedule Vendors and sub-contractors for repairs to be completed
Manage an on-site Foreman on each project
Order materials
Review estimates as needed, align budgets with expectations with project estimator
Provide weekly updates on all projects that are active
Monitor job sites for safety issues, quality and for training opportunities
Education and Experience:
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Five plus years of experience in a Management or Leadership role within the Restoration/Construction industry
Experience in construction and construction management/supervision

Lead Mitigation Technician
$42,000 - $50,000 per year depending on experience
The Lead Mitigation Technician position is a career in the property damage restoration industry, primarily responsible for leading a crew of technicians who respond to emergency and property damaging situations. The Mitigation Leader has a drive to lead. Our team's professional approach ensures both the property and the customer are attended to, while prioritizing safety, efficiency, and property preservation.
RESPONSIBILITES:
Work safely in residential and commercial properties that have been damaged by fire, water, storm, and/or mold
Recruit and coach technicians both in the field and in the warehouse
Survey damage within the property
Evaluate and record damage to all items within the property
Manage cleaning process for both contents and structural damage
Demolition of structural damage to properties through the use of hand and power tools
Clean up assigned job sites after demolition
Perform initial site visits
Conduct moisture inspections
Set restoration equipment within guidelines
Complete notes of assigned jobs in our primary operating system (RMS)
Contact the customer of assigned jobs with ETA
Take photos of jobs assigned at start, completion, and throughout the process
Responsible for maintaining assigned vehicles and equipment
Responsible for unloading and reloading assigned vehicles with equipment
Keep equipment clean and organized in the shop
Responsible for unloading trash in assigned area
Responsible for recording your time and coding it to the job assigned
Pass IICRC certifications as IICRC classes are offered
Assist in the development of new hires through on the job training

About the Role
