Heavy Equipment Mechanic Pay rate: $25.00/hr -$35.00/hr (Based on experience and certifications) Travel: Regional- Must be able to travel to VA job sites when needed We are currently looking for a Field Heavy Equipment Shop Mechanic to join our Heavy Civil team at our Dinwiddie, VA Field Service Center. The Mechanic position is subject to travel throughout VA to our various job sites to support our operations teams. Responsibilities Allan Myers is seeking experienced CDL B Dump Truck Drivers to support site work, grading, mass excavation, mainline pipe installation, processed water projects, milling operations, and paving operations in heavy civil construction. The ideal candidate has at least two (2) years of safe dump truck driving experience and a strong commitment to safety and efficiency in hauling operations. Key Responsibilities Safely operate dump trucks to transport materials such as dirt, stone, asphalt, and milling debris between job sites. Support grading, excavation, mainline pipe installation, processed water, milling, and paving operations by hauling materials as needed. Load and unload materials while ensuring proper weight distribution and adherence to legal load limits. A Project HSE Manager is an integral member of a project team and they are highly dedicated to the health and well-being of others. In addition to serving as a safety resource for their teammates, their main function is to facilitate Sundt HS&E programs. This position includes three 'steps' (I, II and Sr.), which provide for a progression of skill and experience.
