All Care Homecare, LLC is hiring 1 Direct Care workers in the Bridgewater/Brockton/Randolph/Quincy/Stoughton/Rockland, MA area WEEKEND ONLY. We have multiple schedules available from full-time to part-time and even per-diem. We have flexible mom hours as well. All Care provides services to individuals in their own homes and communities, who need assistance caring for themselves because of old age, sickness, disability, and/or other inflictions. Direct care include assistance with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, laundry, and shopping.
We are responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards.
We provide services that allows members to remain in their own homes while receiving the necessary support to maintain the maximum level of independence. The services we provide include, but are not limited to the following:
DIRECT CARE AIDE (DCA) Job Duties
* Assist with ADL's (showering, bathing, dressing, and grooming)
* Collaborate with All Care Homecare, LLC. staff (reporting to main office and supervisors)
* Medication Reminders
* Assist with shopping and errands (prescription pick-ups)
* Assist with laundry
* Ability to carry 20-30 lbs. (laundry/groceries)
* Help with homemaking/light house cleaning (sweeping, vacuuming, moping, dishes, and cleaning of bathrooms)
* Physical Assessment
* Help with meal preparation
Physical Demands/Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license
* Reliable transportation that is registered and insured
* Good physical and mental wellbeing
* Physical ability to stand, walk, use hands, reach, stoop, crouch, talk, hear, and see.
* Ability to climb up to 10 flights of stairs (as needed)
* Ability to assist members physically/ambulation when needed

There is room to expand your schedule. Our Direct Care Aides (DCA) have the opportunity to build their schedule based on availability. However, once a schedule is created, it's a set schedule. You will work with a specific set of members each week for 45-60 minutes or 2 hours for members that need errands done.

The Position:
LMI is actively searching for an Associate to join the Direct Lending team. This individual will be an integral member of the leveraged financed platform within the Global Credit Markets business. Dedicated to the Direct Lending strategy, this Associate will have responsibilities that provide for significant ownership of the end-to-end private credit investment process including sourcing, underwriting and ongoing portfolio monitoring of private loans.
Responsibilities:
Contribute as an integral member of the team to invest in private debt financings across the capital structure, with an emphasis on unitranche, first lien, and second lien loans.
Assist in quarterbacking the investment process from start to finish, working closely with Team Leaders and Credit Research to conduct company and industry research, develop investment recommendations, and to manage loan positions post-closing of the initial investment
Contribute to the preparation of the investment committee memorandums (complete with financial projections) and support Team Leaders in the presentation of the team's investment recommendations to internal investment committees
Support Team Leaders in the evaluation, structuring, and negotiation of economic and legal terms at both the term sheet stage and during final documentation
Actively monitor the performance of existing investments and maintain relationships post-close with key investment participants, including the Borrower / Sponsor and Agent; provide detailed updates to team members during scheduled portfolio reviews and as needed on an ad-hoc basis
Collaborate cross-functionally with additional LMI teams including Legal, Finance, Accounting and Risk Management to execute transactions and manage the portfolio
Engage externally with other market participants (e.g. other direct lenders and buyside investors, bankers, advisers, and third-party consultants) as part of the overall investment process
Support relationship coverage with private equity firms across the lower, middle, and large market, as well as other deal sources to help meet the team's origination targets
Take an active role in the training, development, and coaching of Analysts within the team
Qualifications
5+ years of investing experience, including a minimum of 3+ years in the direct lending / private credit space
Previous experience in underwriting and monitoring credit investments
Proven ability to interact with, assess, and build relationships internally as well as externally, with Borrowers, Sponsors and other deal sources
Previous experience with credit agreement documentation and or other relevant legal documentation
Ability to identify company, industry, and market risks and opportunities, and to evaluate risk mitigation strategies
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to clearly articulate relevant key learnings and insights derived during the due diligence process
Self-starter with a willingness to be flexible and take on additional responsibilities depending on the needs of the business
Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated track record of successful work experience
Proven ability to work collaboratively in team environments

Job Summary
Responsible to provide specialized product support to agents and sales staff. Manage agent and carrier relationships within assigned territory.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of Under 65 Health products and basic knowledge of each products strength and weaknesses and/or ability to research and access resources which will provide this information.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the Under 65 Health market, including enrollment periods, eligibility, and legislative changes.
Provide frequent ongoing support to National, Local and Agency sales to facilitate agent recruitment and development for Under 65 Health products.
Provide recommendations and information on strong products in agent's area
Provide specialized carrier product support
Analyze, interpret, and distribute Under 65 Health territory specific carrier and market updates
Makes targeted outbound calls to agents/agencies offering insurance products within assigned territory to support increasing overall production.
Develop and present marketing content and copy to be used for the recruitment of agents to appoint with ancillary products, including but not limited to agent training webinars, product promotional videos, newsletters, e-mail campaigns and annual Ritter Summits.
Assists with marketing events and meetings such as annual Agent Summits.
Attends carrier trainings, events and webinars as required.
Assists with creation of one-off marketing campaigns, recruiting campaigns, and agent training documents and presentations.
Provides back-up support with distributing inbound email requests from the team general mailbox.
Works effectively with other departments on cross-team projects.
Prepare for and successfully pass the PA Health Insurance Licensing exam within the prescribed timeframe assigned by Manager.
Complete continuing education courses to maintain an active PA Insurance License through employment with Company
Additional responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree in marketing, sales, or business (preferred). Health insurance license required, either upon hire or within first year of employment.
Basic understanding of insurance and agent relationship.
Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, Contracting, and New Business operations and procedures.
Some experience necessary. If no experience general path is one year as a Support Specialist.
Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
Strong computer and typing skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Soft sales skills.
Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment including email, copy machine, scanner, fax machine, and telephone.
Some travel required.

All Care Homecare, LLC is hiring 1 Direct Care workers in the Bridgewater/Brockton/Randolph/Quincy/Stoughton/Rockland, MA area WEEKEND ONLY. We have multiple schedules available from full-time to part-time and even per-diem. We have flexible mom hours as well. All Care provides services to individuals in their own homes and communities, who need assistance caring for themselves because of old age, sickness, disability, and/or other inflictions. Direct care include assistance with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, laundry, and shopping.
We are responsible for ensuring that service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards.
We provide services that allows members to remain in their own homes while receiving the necessary support to maintain the maximum level of independence. The services we provide include, but are not limited to the following:
DIRECT CARE AIDE (DCA) Job Duties
Assist with ADL's (showering, bathing, dressing, and grooming)
Collaborate with All Care Homecare, LLC. staff (reporting to main office and supervisors)
Medication Reminders
Assist with shopping and errands (prescription pick-ups)
Assist with laundry
Ability to carry 20-30 lbs. (laundry/groceries)
