Roy Harvey is President and Chief Executive Officer of Alcoa Corporation, a globally-competitive industry leader in bauxite, alumina, and aluminum, with 14,000 employees in 10 countries. Before coming to Alcoa, Roy was Corporate Manager of Environmental Affairs at Greenstone Resources Ltd., a gold mining company based in Central America. Roy graduated with honors from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania, simultaneously earning master’s degrees in International Business and Corporate Finance as a fellow of the Lauder Institute International MBA program, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering from Columbia University. Tony R. Thene, was appointed as a Director and President and Chief Executive Officer of Carpenter effective July 1, 2015. He joined Carpenter in January 2013 and served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Carpenter, Mr. Thene served as Vice President of Alcoa, Inc. and the Chief Financial Officer of the Engineered Products and Solutions Group from 2007 until 2010.
