Pros of working at Alegheny Wood Products

Off weekends and 5 major holidays. Do get paid for them now but didn’t always.

Cons of working at Alegheny Wood Products

Poor management, low pay, no raises for past 4 years. No incentives for older workers that have been there for 20+ years. Don’t treat employees fairly. Yard workers can only earn 2 weeks paid vacation while office workers earn 3 weeks. Place people in supervisor positions that cannot/will not do the jobs of people they supervise.

Alegheny Wood Products benefits

Do not recommend working here. Better pay and benefits at factories in next town.
