The individuals will participate in partial and full system and equipment fabrication. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of ASME welding experience 3 years' experience as a combination GTAW and GMAW welder. Individuals must pass a pre-hire ASME Section 9 welder certification test. A GTAW tests will be a stainless pipe with a wall thickness of .343 welded in the 6G position. **Primary Duties and Responsibilities:** · Willingness to cross-train and perform the work of other job tasks in addition to the primary assigned position. · Operate forklifts, overhead crane, hand power tools, slings, grinders, plasma cutter, and other hand tools. · Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly. · Perform both GTAW and GMAW welding on large stainless steel components to ASME section 9 code requirements. · Ability to follow a Welding Procedure Specification (WPS) for TIG and MIG welding 304L, 316L, 2101 Duplex, 2205 Duplex and additional higher alloys. · GTAW weld Stainless Steel in the thickness range of .036 to .500 inch. · GMAW welding Stainless Steel in the thickness range of 5/8 up to 1 inch. · Ability to read and follow shop drawings, sketches, production drawings, welding symbols. · Comfortable welding at times above ground from a man lift. · Insuring that all material surfaces to be welded are clean and free of dirt, oils, paint, slag and other contaminants. · Inspect and correct welds as necessary to meet product specifications. · Detect faulty operation of equipment or defective materials and notify supervisors. · Monitor the fitting and welding processes to avoid warping, shrinking, distortion. **Experience Level** Intermediate Level **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Yulee, FL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $66560.00/yr.
