Minimum Qualifications for GS-05
Specialized Experience: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-04 level in the Federal service that included experience such as:
* Performing recordkeeping and reporting.

Education substitution:
You must have successfully completed four years of education above high school in any field for which high school graduation or the equivalent is the normal prerequisite. This education was obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college, or university. One year of full-time academic study is defined as 30 semester hours, 45 quarter hours, or the equivalent in a college or university, or at least 20 hours of classroom instruction per week for approximately 36 weeks in a business, secretarial, or technical school.

Combination of Education and Experience:
You must have an appropriate combination of successfully completed post-high school education and experience to meet the total qualification requirements for the GS-05 grade level. Only education in excess of the first 60 semester hours (i.e., beyond the second year) is creditable toward meeting the specialized experience requirement. One full academic year of study (30 semester hours) beyond the second year is equivalent to 6 months of specialized experience. Minimum Qualifications for GS-06
Specialized Experience: You must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-05 level in the Federal service that included experience such as:
* Processing individuals arrested or detained by law enforcement officials (e.g., booking and property inventory procedures).
* Performing file searches and assembling documentation.
* Responding to routine requests and issues regarding legal or law enforcement policies, practices and procedures.
Typing Requirement
In addition to meeting the minimum qualification requirements, you must show possession of the ability to type at least 40 words per minute based on a 5-minute sample, with three or fewer errors. You may self-certify your proficiency in the Occupational Questionnaire.

Qualifications
Education & Experience: We are looking for candidates interested in becoming licensed through our DOL approved Electrical Apprenticeship Program.
Candidates with a certificate or AS degree in electrical technology, electrical construction, instrumentation required.
Location/Travel: This position will require travel in/around Sioux City, IA up to/within a 200-mile radius. Applicants must be permanently located in/around the office location or be willing to permanently relocate. Applicants must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Per diem and mileage stipends applicable per company policy.
Work Schedule: Start times, break times and work hours vary per site and stage of our projects. Our employees work more than 40 hours per week but no more than 60, as part of our commitment to safety. Due to the type of construction, weekend work maybe required on occasion.
Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, this role is often exposed to high/precarious places, risk of electrical shock, and all outside weather conditions. This role is expected to climb and work at heights and in confined spaces. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Due to the nature of our work and our client base, this role may involve tasks in an environment exposed to dust. Candidates should be comfortable working in these conditions and complying with safety standards to protect their well-being.

Responsibilities

Advance and communicates all event information to appropriate departments and staff.
Troubleshoot during event preparation and during event to ensure that all event setups are correct including making decisions about policy, procedures, billing and staffing.
Oversee all production, setup, event staff, event-related contract services.
Maintain communication with events team to ensure a flawless event.
Create work schedules for event and security staff, delegate assignments and review performance and results.
Responsible for the Events Department role in the execution of event contracts and rental agreements
Act as facility manager on duty as required.
Communicates in a timely fashion any/all problems and proposed solutions to the AGM and/or Director of Events.
Receives and responds to complaints from tenants and the public or refers them to the Director of Events.
Prepares events reports noting attendance, times, significant problems, etc.
Ensure collection of all payable by due dates.
Finalizes lessee requirements including table arrangements and number and nature of support personnel (ushers, security guards, caterers & decorators).
Coordinates effectively with other departments including Operations, Food & Beverage, Engineering, etc.
Maintain superior interpersonal relations with clients, employees, management, contractors, and temporary employees.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in facility management, marketing, business administration or related field
3-5 years of increasingly responsible event management experience in a stadium, arena, convention center or public assembly facility setting highly preferred
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programs in a Windows format; experience with AutoCAD preferred
Knowledge of operational characteristics of events, including crowd management and control techniques; fire and public safety regulations, food service practices, A/V equipment and relevant federal, state, and local regulations

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the monitoring and overseeing of the entire golf operation at the club.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Gives quality golf lessons to include individual and group lessons.
Manages the cash flow in the golf shop, ensuring that cash and credit card charges balance with sales receipts in accordance with operating procedures.
Ensures golf shop is appropriately stocked, clean, safe and tidy.
Works with members and guests; assists them with their golfing needs; handles their requests, complaints and inquires with composure and in a timely professional manner.
Develops programs to promote the interest in the sport of golf and the use of the course.
Plans, organizes and conducts golf tournaments for members and outside organizations.
Manages the golf associations/leagues for the course.
Prepares annual budget for golf operations and strives to achieve sales targets.

Gathers, processes and submits payroll information for the golf department timely and accurately; maintains employee files and records.
