1962

The company office was located at 6th and Keo Way until 1962 when the building was razed for construction of the American Republic Insurance Co.

1971

By 1971, Allen’s moved to its present location of 404 S. Hayden, and became known as Allen’s Tri-State Mechanical Inc., employing over 15 employees with over 25 service vehicles.

1977

Bradley was at the helm of Bradley Plumbing and Heating until 1977 when he resigned as President and Chairman of the Board and sold his remaining interest in the Company to Ray Allen, George Dowling and Charlie Kamburis.

1986

1986 – The High Tech Flush Japan introduced the first sensor-flushing toilet.

1992

1992 – The Green Flush The Energy Policy Act was passed and restricted water flow rates in plumbing fixtures.

2000

The Allen brothers built their new facility at 25 Dunham Avenue where they remained until 2000 when the Indianola Avenue by-pass was constructed and forced them to move to their present offices at 320 SE 6th Street.

2007

In 2007, the Company expanded to Auburn, AL to provide support for work at Auburn University and the Auburn-Opelika metropolitan area.

2016

Howard C. Allen was 89 years old when he died January 10, 2016 in Amarillo, Texas.
