    The Early Childhood Education Program Lead is a full time, 12 month position that provides leadership and coordination for all instructional, curricular, and support services within the Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 1 programs. Develop and implement strategies to strengthen family engagement and collaboration in early learning. Leadership and Management Provide guidance and support to early childhood teachers. Address and resolve management issues related to classroom operations, student services, or parent concerns. Qualifications Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
